The room was clean and the bedding was so soft, like sinking into a cloud. It's a 900-meter walk to Renhe subway station, and you can take Line 3 directly to Zhujiang New Town. In the lobby, black tea, green tea, juice, and cookies are available all day, so having a cup of tea while waiting for your ride is really pleasant. For breakfast, they have freshly cooked noodles and vermicelli, which taste great.

This hotel's service and environment definitely exceed 5 stars. Aside from waiting a while for the elevators, there's really nothing else to complain about. I have to say, this is probably the most satisfying hotel we've ever stayed in. The smart room was clean and spacious, with a large TV and basically everything you could need. The bedding, pillows, and sheets were all very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep every day. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and drying, and after washing, the staff even helped us take the clothes out to dry. They also provide breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper daily. Breakfast is served until 12 pm, and there's a wide variety of food options. The hotel is located right at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and Big Buddha Temple is visible right outside the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. There's also a small supermarket downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Ultimately, we extended our stay by two more nights. We even changed our subsequent travel plans just to stay two extra nights. Every day, we were touched by their thoughtful small gestures. I remember one day I bought yogurt back, and the next day I took the room card out when leaving, cutting off the power. When the cleaning lady serviced the room, she even inserted the card to turn on the power and the air conditioning, so the room was always cool when we returned to the hotel. Stayed at CityNote Hotel on Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and really enjoyed the experience. The location is hard to beat — you’re steps from the Beijing Lu metro station and can walk straight out into the pedestrian street with its shops, food stalls, and nightlife. Pearl River and several of the city’s historic sites (Nanyue King’s Palace Museum, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall) are all within easy reach on foot or a short ride. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good work desk, air conditioning, and a well-equipped bathroom — everything you need for a business or leisure stay. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the property, which mattered a lot for keeping up with work while traveling. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. For the price point, this is genuinely great value given how central it is — you can walk to nearly everything in old Guangzhou without needing a taxi. Would happily stay here again on a future trip.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was very satisfied overall! It's conveniently located near a subway station, making commuting to various business districts incredibly easy. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant design, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress offered excellent support, providing great relaxation after a busy day, and the shower had strong water pressure. The toiletries were also of good quality. The WiFi was stable, perfect for daily work. I particularly liked the twin room I booked. The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. The hotel restaurant was also excellent and convenient for dining. There are many shopping malls nearby, making it easy to eat and shop. The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The overall conditions here in Tianhe are very advantageous, making it ideal for business travel. Highly recommended.

I picked Mehood Lestie after a good research as it's just 2 min to Guangzhou East Railwaystation and we stayed before our trip Chaoshan and returning to the same hotel. They allowed us to deposit our luggage during our interval nights away. Elena at the front desk was efficient and extended our check-out and we're very grateful, helpful staff with pleasant attitude. They recommended a nearby hospital as I wasn't feeling too well. They helped us to navigate the Didi. The room was also very clean, including the floors and the corners of the bathroom, and there were no unpleasant odors. The mattress had a good balance of firmness and softness, and after a long day out, Islept really well. The soundproofing was decent too, and it was fairly quiet at night. The voice controls for the lights and curtains were convenient, and the hot water runs quickly with strong water pressure. I didn’t expect there to be free afternoon tea, and being able to have a hot bowl of beef noodles late at night was a really nice bonus. There’s also a self-service laundry room and a gym available for guests. Breakfast is repeated and would love to have more variety and replenishing the food fast. Nevertheless, it's easy to find food nearby, and getting a taxi is convenient. Overall, amenities and location is a plus, comfortable, and we were well taken care of. For the price, it's value for money.

This time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch. What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip. Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet. The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

This ECharm Hotel near Nanzhou Subway Station was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, making getting around a breeze. The room was meticulously clean, and all the facilities were new and worked perfectly. The service was warm and attentive, the environment was quiet, and the price was excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience and definitely worth coming back to.

The hotel has its own swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast spread was diverse and plentiful, with everything from Cantonese dim sum to Western-style light meals. The location is convenient, not far from the subway, making travel easy. The public areas are well-maintained, with an elegant and quiet atmosphere. It’s suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, offering fantastic value for money. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended to everyone!

The overall service experience was excellent. After booking, I was quickly contacted by the front desk, and the staff were incredibly patient in answering all my questions from the moment we arrived until we checked in. The room layout is perfect for families or friends traveling together, featuring two large beds and a spacious sofa that my child particularly loved and chose to sleep on. The hotel breakfast offers great value for money at just 20 RMB per person. The dishes were well-suited for children's tastes. We had three adults and two children; one child was free, and the other was half-price, making the overall cost very reasonable. From our room, we could even see the upper part of the Canton Tower, which delighted the children. The location is also superb. After breakfast, we could walk to the Guangzhou Library, Museum, Children's Palace, and Guangzhou Opera House, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. They also gave us two Canton Tower souvenirs, which made the kids very happy! ❤️
