Jinan Hotels with Free Parking.

Before check-in, I received a warm welcome call asking about my arrival time and room preferences. They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked – very satisfied!

The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway exit, and it's easy to hail a taxi. Service: Both check-in and check-out were very fast, and as a member, I even received a complimentary drink. Facilities: The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. You can grab shower caps and toothbrushes from a dispenser by the elevator, which is a nice eco-friendly touch. The room's layout is well-designed and doesn't feel cramped, giving it a bright and clean ambiance. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is quite good, especially for a budget hotel. However, there were a few hairs on the sofa next to the bed that weren't cleaned up.

I initially chose this hotel for its downtown location, as it's a convenient 29-minute walk to tourist attractions, making shopping and dining easily accessible. After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, including a welcome fruit platter, local pastries, and drinks. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. It was also a nice surprise to have food deliveries brought directly to my room by a robot, which added a cool tech touch. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me bottled water and 'wife cakes' for my journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel 😊.

This is no doubt that No 8 Courtyard Homestay is beautiful place to stay. As international visitors to China it was exactly as we hoped for when we booked. Authentic traditional Chinese accommodation with modern hotel facilities in a fabulous location. It’s very quiet despite the proximity to the busier areas nearby. However, we were very disappointed to find the Homestay misrepresents information about smoking that was important to our accomodation choices and selection on Trip.com. As the photo from the website below shows, No Smoking in Public Areas, there is a Smoking Area. The smell of cigarette smoke was very evident on our arrival in both the courtyard, and the internal reception area. We questioned the hotel receptionist who explained smoking is permitted in certain areas, including the Courtyard that guests enter and exit every time to go in or out of the Homestay. The Courtyard is an outdoor public space and the Homestay smoking area (as per the photo of the ashtray in the Courtyard below). It’s unavoidable. While the reception area is internal, the receptionist explained guests are asked not to smoke if they are smoking. Furthermore, the Homestay provides hotel style ashtrays as the entrances to the elevator and we pointed out there was a cigarette butt in the ashtray, evidence of smoking despite the information on Trip.com. There were no visible ‘no smoking signs’. This meant that we would not enjoy the beautiful public spaces of eitber the Courtyard or the Reception area without cigarette smoke or other guests smoking. The receptionist suggested to us we find another hotel, at nearly 10pm we found this was unsatisfactory. She offered for us to stay and pay one night (of our 3 night booking) but this was a problem for our itinerary. The following day we were offered to change to a room with its own courtyard which we did. However, we would never have booked this accommodation if the correct information about smoking by the Homestay was on Trip.com. As hotel guests have to trust 100 hundred percent that the information on the website is accurate and we reiterated this when the manager came to meet us. The filters for non smoking on Trip.com are very good. But, the Homestay allows smoking in the outside public areas, and internal public areas are only managed if the staff ask the guests not to smoke. The reception told us that does not stop the guests from smoking and they can’t control that. The manager said the Homestay would review its smoking policy. Regardless of this, It is necessary for the Homestay not to misrepresent information but to provide accurate information on their booking platforms.

It is really comfortable hotel for business trip. We like it. Room also is clean, reception girls help to us to book TAXI that our respect for all personal in hotel. Thank you guys

The hotel is clean and cozy. The location is very convenient as well as it is very near Jinanxi railway station. There are also restaurants around the place. Overall, we had a great time and we wiĺl stay here again next time.

The room's bed was very clean, just like the rest of the hotel, and the mattress was so soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom facilities were also excellent, with both squat toilets and regular commodes, plus speakers in the shower! They even provide a travel guide upon check-in, which is fantastic! There's a huge viewing deck with an amazing view of Daming Lake and Chaoran Tower, and the night view is absolutely stunning! And there's an adorable little pig too!

The breakfast service was excellent, and the congee station was a real highlight. I loved the hotel's 'cheese-like' design; it reminded me of a dormitory I lived in during university – which was also a former hotel converted into student housing, and coincidentally, also located next to a university. This hotel is right by a university too. Overall, everything met my expectations, highly recommend. Picture 3 shows a comparison of the view from my 'cheese-wedge' room at that old dorm – my university was in the Northeast, so many memories flooding back! 😆

Environment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently. I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of. Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all. When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰 Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great. Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great. When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳 I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

This hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
