I came to Kaihua to relax on May 25, 2026. I looked for it online for a long time before, and I wanted to find a quiet place not to be disturbed. I turned to this hotel and the evaluation looked in line with expectations. I booked it. The actual experience is really good. Especially suitable for people who like slow-paced life. The facilities are practical. Although not particularly luxurious, they are equipped with daily needs. The commonly used equipment such as smart toilets and constant temperature showers are well maintained and easy to use. The hygiene is in place. The tabletops and window sills in the room are clean and dusty. The linen on the bed is fluffy and dry. It smells a faint smell of disinfectant water and sunlight. It is very safe to live. The environment is the most satisfying for me. The hotel is built at the foot of the mountain. The surrounding area is full of tall aromatherapy trees. In the evening, you can hear birds and insects sitting on the balcony. The window is full of greenery. There is no noise in the city at all. It is quiet enough to hear the wind blowing through the leaves. The service is also very intimate. When checking in, the front desk will take the initiative to introduce the surrounding hiking routes and local delicious farmhouse restaurants. If there is a need to call in the past few minutes, someone will come to the door to deal with it. It will not be too enthusiastic to disturb the private space of the guests. Going up and down the mountain was difficult, and the scenery was beautiful, but it rained so we couldn't see any stars, which was a bit of a disappointment. Since we needed to check out at 8 am the next morning to go to the next attraction, we wanted to get some breakfast from the guesthouse (breakfast starts at 8 am), but the restaurant kept saying they didn't accept takeout. This was a bit disappointing. Also, the signage was unclear. We wanted to go to the stargazing platform, but since it was nighttime, we only saw a sign telling us to turn right. We naturally turned right onto the main road, but the further we went, the further off-center we became, so we were too scared to continue and went back to our room. The next day, we went back again but still couldn't find the stargazing platform. Later, when we returned to the village, we discovered that we had to walk up steps and stairs to get there. The signage was unclear, especially at night when it was dark, making it difficult to find the way.

Comfortable hotel preferred for business trips! I have been to Kaihua for many times, and this is a fixed place. Excellent location: close to the station, rich dining around, and convenient for supper street to solve dinner. The room was spotless, and the desk and high-speed network made the work efficient. Vehicles cannot drive into the village, and they can walk. The whole village is relatively original, and those who like nature can choose. Room environment: The whole is OK, but there is an unspeakable musty smell, not particularly heavy, but it has always been. At first, I thought it was caused by the room for a long time. Later, I found that it was a bathroom ventilation fan, and the more it opened, the stronger the taste. Room facilities: Overall, it is OK, but the bathroom floor drain feels a little blocked. According to the staff's prompt, it will be improved after unplugging the floor drain. Service attitude: The staff is very friendly, help with luggage, and then send things to the room at night, thank you! Overall, the facilities of the whole village here are not mature, there is nothing to play, mainly tourists to see the stars. Then the stars in the village are not very clear, it is recommended to go to the top of the mountain.
