The moment I checked out, I was already planning my next team-building trip. It was luxurious and comfortable, the courtyard was beautifully decorated, perfect for family gatherings, and the room had a large bed. This is my second time visiting, and the experience is consistently excellent! 👍 The owner is incredibly warm and hospitable, and the service is top-notch. I'm very satisfied. You can see the owner's thoughtful touches everywhere: 1. The living room offers complimentary fruits and tea. 2. The flowers on the long table in the living room are fresh, making it a delight to look at. 3. The breakfast was unexpectedly rich and authentic Cantonese style, featuring many local Kaiping delicacies. The owner's family comes from a lineage of food connoisseurs, passed down through three generations – absolutely delicious!! 4. Upon arrival, the staff asked about any dietary restrictions. Since I don't eat green onions or garlic, they made sure my meals were prepared without them. 5. They even gave a small gift upon departure, which truly made for a thoughtful and pleasant trip. It's perfect for a two or three-day leisurely vacation, with great food, beautiful scenery, and a chance to relax and enjoy the slow pace of life.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the service was warm and thoughtful. The owner even upgraded our room for free. I especially loved the design and style within the Diaolou, and the surrounding area was also very unique. It was really quiet at night, so I slept wonderfully! The breakfast was also very special, highly recommend!

Room was large comfortable & clean. Location has many food options downstairs & nearby, a large mall with supermarket across the street. One problem is the building elevators, they’re decrepit, always a long wait.

The room was clean and tidy. The air conditioner was turned on in advance, and it felt cool and comfortable as soon as I entered. There is a big yellow orchid tree in the yard, and the flowers are fragrant. The view is the green fields, which is pleasing to the eye. The restaurant's food tastes good, but the reception capacity needs to be improved during holidays. It is a bit busy to handle too many people.

I was upgraded to another Hotel. of the same group: Meitang Hotel. A brand new hotel with spectacular rooms and amenities. The STAFF is INCREDIBLE! They were all great and very helpful. Specially STEVE, a great member of the staff who speaks English and who helped me since with all the necessary informations (and translation!) to arrive to Chikan village. He helped me with the taxi driver when I arrived and when I departed. Great member of the staff! I am really thankful to all the help he gave me. Great experience.

Chikan Qiaoxiao Inn is perfect for a trip with friends. The twin room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the lighting was gentle and warm, making for a truly relaxing stay. In the evening, we sat in the cafe, enjoying the cool breeze and the courtyard's night view. The lights reflecting on the vintage architecture created an incredible ambiance. The service was attentive and detailed. Staying here in the ancient town was both comfortable and picture-perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the ChaoQi Hotel. After a smooth check-in, a convenient cart picked us up and brought us directly to our room door. The location is incredible, situated inside the Chikan resort where you can find numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. A great perk was that our stay included entry tickets, giving us the chance to enjoy many of the resort's lively shows. Our room was super comfortable, impeccably clean, and very family-friendly. Our kids especially loved the indoor playground on the ground floor. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, featuring multiple live stations with both Asian and Western choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to the Kaiping area.

It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

We were very excited at the thought of visiting the diaolous but the only bus from Shunde to Kaiping departed at almost 14:00!! By the time we arrived it was already too late to venture out to the diaolous. The guy at the reception felt our pain and gave us helpful suggestions on what to do while we were there. The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the bus station, the riverside and the street lined with gold(shops) on both sides of the divide. However the hotel itself had definitely seen better days. But it was clean, the basic amenities were provided and we had a good night’s sleep. Overall the service was excellent. And the price commensurates with what were offered.
