GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. I stayed there for several days in a row. The facilities and equipment are quite complete and I felt very comfortable staying there! The front desk staff is enthusiastic and can handle any request promptly and happily. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The decoration is also very grand! It is a good choice for travel!

There was also an opinion book on the table at that time. It was because of what reason I wanted to write. The pen was out of ink. I feel better not to put it 😢

If you have any questions, just call the front desk; they offer 24-hour service. They resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Even when I called at 2 AM to request a coat rack, it was delivered promptly. I'm extremely satisfied! Although the renovations were a bit dated, the facilities are all in good working order. A major advantage is the absence of formaldehyde, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, it's conveniently located, offers great value for money, and is very clean and friendly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very easy to find, and it's very close to the subway station. You can drive directly into the underground parking garage and take the subway up; parking is free. The rooms are also nice, spacious, and clean. Check-in was smooth, and the guest relations manager, Xiao V, was easy to communicate with and answered any questions promptly. Plus, there's a robot that delivers food upstairs, so you don't have to go down to get it – awesome!
