硬件設施還不錯，但是某些前台以及領導非常的不專業，可以加強培訓。體感非常不好，分辨不出訪客和住客的時候不需要像審犯人一樣在大堂追問你住哪個房間，我回復了我是住客，住幾樓。還在大堂大聲問哪個房間，一點基本常識都沒有，客人房間號能這樣在公共場合質問嗎？説前台沒見過我，那換班後你也不認識前面的客人呀，那麼你會記住每個客人嗎？你可以説您好 您是訪客還是住客，來訪需要登記，當回覆你的時候你可以説為了酒店安全着想，完全可以理解。而不是前面的行為，真挺活久見的。
