Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

Tianmu Lake Hotel is located at No. 588 Yingbin Avenue, Tianmu Lake Tourism Resort, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a five-star hotel with Tianmu Lake in front of the hotel. The hotel has a good environment and is clean. The lake view room we stayed in faces the scenery of Tianmu Lake. The air is good. Standing on the balcony of the room, I feel comfortable looking at the landscape lake. Tianmu Lake Fisherman's Head Soup, which was first created by the catering department of Tianmu Lake Hotel, is a major feature of the hotel. This time I came here to taste it. The fisherman's head soup tastes good, and I also tasted other varieties of dishes. The restaurant waiters are thoughtful and worthy of praise. The self-service breakfast restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, facing Tianmu Lake, with a variety of breakfast varieties, and Western-style snacks are worth tasting. The waiters are enthusiastic and caring for the elderly and help them deliver meals to the table, which is worthy of praise.

The bed was super comfy, and the desk in the room was really convenient for business trips. I was surprised the TV was 4K – perfect for screen mirroring presentations or reviewing blueprints; videos looked amazing too. They have free self-service laundry and dryers, plus a gym and pool. But the best part was definitely the breakfast; they had a great variety. And their seafood buffet in the evening was much cheaper than eating out. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jintan for work.

I was captivated by the Hantian Hotel while on a boat tour of Tianmu Lake. As we drove through the scenic area, crossing bridges and admiring the beautiful surroundings, I was completely enchanted by this 5A-rated attraction. The lobby is on the sixth floor, nestled against the mountains and overlooking the water, with lush greenery everywhere. There are lakeside paths and a 'Cloud Top Teahouse,' and a semi-mountain open-air hot spring. The area also boasts numerous amenities suitable for both the elderly and children. It's truly a wonderful place for family gatherings and relaxation.

Staying for two nights was so relaxing! The lakeside hot spring tickets for two: Soaking in the hot springs at night was very atmospheric. We prepared our swimsuits beforehand; the hot springs have changing rooms, but we changed in our room, put on our robes, and headed over. Each hot spring had a water temperature display, and there were mugwort, carnation, and traditional Chinese medicine pools. After soaking for a while, we felt so comfortable, slightly sweaty, and warm all over. You should definitely try the hotel's casserole fish head. Our butler service was very warm and attentive. I personally think the hotel breakfast is on par with a five-star hotel. While it doesn't have as much variety as a five-star, it has everything you need. The room facilities are a bit dated. We went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The package with a meal was the most cost-effective. A shuttle bus takes you to the entrance. You walk a bit, then take a one-way mini-train. You can either take the cable car to the mountaintop first or the ground cable car to the panda house first. Both the cable car and ground cable car tickets are round trip. If you're tired on the way back, just buy a one-way mini-train ticket. If you still have energy, you can walk, and you'll pass by the Little Goose Park to watch a show. The whole trip took about 4 hours. After leaving, we ate the meal included in the package – you can choose between a hot pot restaurant or a fish head restaurant. We chose hot pot, and the two pots were more than enough for two people. Parking was 15 for one visit.

The decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings. The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring. You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

The room was very clean and had a small balcony, which was perfect for relaxing, scrolling on my phone, and snacking on some seeds. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions and quick to assist with any needs. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. The hot springs were large with many different pools, and it wasn't too crowded. There were dry towels and hot drinks available everywhere. The only downside was the weather, so I'll definitely go back on a nicer day next time. The breakfast buffet was a bit busy, and it felt like the restaurant wasn't quite big enough. They might consider opening an additional dining area for breakfast during holidays.

This was my second stay here, and checking in at the front desk was quick. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the dining area was comfortable and didn't feel crowded. Even though I only stayed for one day, this hotel meets the needs of both business travelers and those on a leisure vacation. It will definitely be my top choice again next time I'm in Liyang! After booking the room, there will be a housekeeper to communicate related matters. I will focus on praise the housekeeper. I know that our family is an October-aged baby. I also arranged birthday arrangements for us. I am afraid that the loft stairs we live in will be troublesome and want to upgrade the room for us. All kinds of intimate services make people warm. We booked a small gourmet theme, a variety of hape toys in the room on the first floor, the baby can't let go, the upper floor is the place to sleep, the whole layout is still very warm, there are also various play facilities outside the hotel, the main baby is too small, many facilities can not play, bigger can also brush. Breakfast is in the main building, the variety is very rich, there are also enthusiastic waiters to help, there is a Yin aunt in the middle to send toys to the baby, and also pack some breakfast, overall very warm, the service is in place. The only regret is that the booked travel photography was not available because the baby woke up late, looking forward to the next time.

The overall decor in the Liyang Marriott Hotel's lobby has an antique charm with a touch of freshness; it's simple yet grand. Kiko at the front desk arranged a great room for us in advance. The hotel's parking lot offers free parking, and it's super convenient that the barrier lifts automatically when you leave, no need to scan. It's also very close to tourist attractions and Wanda Plaza, so the location is excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Both the facilities and services are fantastic, and it's great value for money. Five-star rating, five-star thumbs up!
