When I returned to my room to rest, the room temperature was a whopping 29 degrees Celsius. I can understand that the hotel room lacks cross-ventilation, so I tried to turn on the air conditioning to lower the temperature, but after half an hour, it was still 29 degrees Celsius. The main unit wasn't even turned on! The front desk explained that a guest said they were cold, so they turned off the main unit (do you believe that?). I was sweating profusely and couldn't fall asleep. The front desk brought a fan, but I couldn't sleep without it. However, I caught a cold the next day. I didn't even want to leave a review, but it hasn't gotten better. My throat is so sore that I can't speak or eat. I really can't help but ask: as the most expensive hotel in the area, isn't turning on the central air conditioning main unit a basic requirement for any hotel?

The facility is located at a very center and convenient place, offering a very good value for money, and the amenities in general are very good, such as the floor quality, and the furniture  of the room. The front desk is also very responsive the request of the guests. The air conditioning control (temperature control) could be better.
