GGuest UserMy first review on Ctrip is dedicated to Muyu Guesthouse in Lugu Lake. As someone who doesn't like to do much research, I'm always afraid of being misled by online photos before booking. After browsing hundreds of hotels and guesthouses, I finally chose Muyu, which I suppose was fate. The result far exceeded my expectations: the entire guesthouse is decorated in warm orange tones, and every room exudes a cozy and romantic atmosphere. I especially loved the small garden on the first floor—among the guesthouses in the area, only Muyu has maintained its plants so meticulously, perfect for photos and for pets to play in. The short-haired landlady is efficient and warm, with a natural radiance in her conversation. From the spatial layout to the service details, her thoughtfulness is evident everywhere. Even the recommended local restaurants were a pleasant surprise. Lugu Lake is already a paradise worth visiting repeatedly, and Muyu's existence gives this longing a true home. After returning home, Mr. Z was inspired to write a poem for Muyu as a token of his gratitude:
Muyu: Emerald green hills creep up the steps at dawn, the reed gates open to reveal a lush dew.
Muyu The aroma of beans cooked in the spring fills the house; the cauldron, like clouds, is simmered, its surface shimmering like silk.
Occasionally, mountain birds are called to add to the wild vegetables; sometimes, the moon shines on the fragrant cup.
The most sentimental is the guest by the abyss, who rises at dawn to simmer a soup of fine, delicate ingredients.

__WeChat286811****The place is very photogenic, and they even give welcome gifts. The service is also very attentive, and the afternoon tea was delicious. We were lucky to see the beautiful morning mist and had a very comfortable stay.
Environment: Directly facing Mount Gemu Goddess, the large floor-to-ceiling windows are perfect for photos, and there's plenty of natural light. The combination of green grass, blue lake, and distant mountains is simply stunning, and it's even more magical with the clouds rolling by.
Service: The service was very attentive, and they were very quick to respond to our pick-up and drop-off requests.

AAnonymous UserThis was by far the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Lugu Lake! It's located halfway up the mountain, so you wake up to stunning views of the lake. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's afternoon tea and breakfast were both incredibly rich and delicious! There are also many activities to enjoy, like the bonfire party and bonfire night talks, which were a lot of fun! The public area on the 3rd floor is super photogenic, and the 'sky bird's nest' is a must-visit for photos – every snap feels like you're not even in China! The staff's service was warm and attentive. Since transportation isn't very convenient in Lugu Lake, the hotel offered unlimited shuttle services, which was truly thoughtful! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

MmiennWe stayed here for 2 nights and it was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. This time we stayed with my family and everyone was very happy.
We were very touched by many aspects of this hotel. We really did not choose the wrong accommodation. First of all, the service of the team was very considerate. They would try their best to arrange some of our needs. They also have a pick-up service to Luoshui Village, which is very convenient for going out for dinner and shopping.
The room was very comfortable and the scenery was really great. On the morning of the first day, my family went out, and I didn't want to go out. I stayed in the room while watching Lugu Lake and reading a book. It was very comfortable. We saw the fire clouds and rainbows from the room. We were so happy this time!
There are many thoughtful details in the room, such as a small box next to the bed for things that may be needed for sleeping, such as earplugs, steam eye masks, and mosquito coils. Especially considerate consideration 👍
The rice noodles for breakfast are very delicious, very similar to the taste of my childhood, we all like it. There is also afternoon tea, which is delicious.
The hotel also gave us a gift before we left, which was very touching🙏
Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience, the service was very good, very good 👍
Special thanks to everyone in the team, Xiaoqiang, Xiaofeng, and a male waiter (I don’t know his name), the big sister who cleaned the room, and the big sister who made breakfast, everyone was very attentive, we felt very warm and touched. Xiaoqiang is especially important, he seemed to know what our needs were, every time we asked him something, he was able to give us good information and recommendations, great 👍

GGuest UserThe lobby of the B&B is comfortable, and the front desk is attentive and has excellent service attitude. We stayed in a lake view terrace room, which had a larger sense of space. In addition, the room was decorated with mostly wood, and all the equipment and toilet facilities were carefully arranged, beautiful and tidy. A good breakfast was prepared in the morning. When we were about to leave the B&B, the person in charge also gave us two bags of local specialty dried apples as souvenirs, which was really heartwarming! I highly recommend that if you travel to Lugu Lake, you can consider staying in this 5-star service homestay, you will not be disappointed!

GGuest UserAbsolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

GGuest UserThis hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

There is not much introduction to the room. In addition to what they said, there are also hairbands, independent makeup removal wipes, etc., full of details! GGuest UserI chose Jingran on Ctrip for a long time in advance and finally stayed at Jingran. I was not disappointed, only pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and hygienic, and the layout was practical and reasonable. After entering the room, I just enjoyed myself and didn’t take any pictures. I thought I had to take two pictures when I was about to leave. The service was also very attentive. The guy at the front desk responded to every request and delivered things very quickly. Afternoon tea was provided, which was simple and exquisite. Although the coffee in the lobby was free, the taste did not disappoint. From this point of view, the operator must treat guests attentively. There is an independent large restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. Terraces and lawns are also rare in Lugu Lake. It is so enjoyable to bask in the sun under an umbrella and watch the boats coming and going. In short, Jingran is a hotel worth staying in and recommending.

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site.
Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing.
Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely.
There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car.
You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms.
They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!
