The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the room is spacious enough. The bedding is soft, and the linens are clean and odorless. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Pan at the front desk was very professional, efficient, and had a wonderful smile. The breakfast was rich and included Hainanese specialties. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and polite. I booked this for a friend, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I recently stayed at the Boao Asia Forum Hotel for five nights, and it truly lived up to its reputation. The hotel boasts an impressive and grand architectural design, spanning a vast area. It's clear why it's chosen to host international conferences, with its expansive and beautiful grounds. One minor inconvenience was the transportation. The island operates under a green travel policy, meaning private cars aren't allowed directly onto the island. Guests need to transfer to a shuttle bus. This wasn't mentioned during the booking process, so self-driving guests should be aware. However, the overall hotel service was excellent. The staff were attentive and thoughtful in their responses, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. Staying on the island also offers the unique experience of being able to visit the Permanent Site nearby, making it a great choice for a holiday or visit to Boao.

Overall, it was pretty good. The service kept up, and the room's cleanliness and layout were fine. The breakfast had a wide selection, with plenty of options for kids. Most importantly, it's super close to the beach! It's so convenient for kids to play in the water, and the price was a great value too ^_^ . We'll be back next year!

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene! No carpets, so no musty smell, which is great for people with allergies. The hotel is right by the sea; its back door opens directly onto the coastal road, next to 'The Story of the Sea' – the most beautiful dining spot by the beach. We heard that even a former UN Secretary-General once dined there. Even at night, young couples were taking wedding photos on the beach. Walking west, you reach the mouth of the Wanquan River. Overall, though it's an older four-star hotel and the exterior looks a bit dated, the air is fresh, and it's very clean. The lobby even offers complimentary tea and bananas, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. In the evening, we went to the nearby Tanmen Town Fisherman's Wharf and bought live abalone, wild sea shrimp, mouse grouper, and scallops. We brought them back to the hotel, and the restaurant chef helped prepare them for a reasonable fee, which felt much safer than eating seafood at small outside eateries! The restaurant waitstaff, especially the aunties, provided superb service. They even kindly warned us when we ordered too many extra vegetables and soup, fearing we wouldn't finish them. Our recent stay in Chonghai was absolutely epic — the perfect escape and reset from work and daily life. Traveling with my family, this place truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was perfect: spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the balcony with its view made every morning and evening special. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, with convenience stores nearby and charming little coffee shops along the way. The swimming area was beautiful and relaxing, especially for families. The service deserves special recognition. The receptionists went above and beyond to help us and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The only small disappointment was that I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and unfortunately, the bathtub wasn’t there. That said, this was the only downside in an otherwise fantastic experience. My kids loved it, I loved it, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us and for creating such a warm, comfortable space for families to relax and recharge. Highly recommended.

The houses by the sea are quite corroded. The wind and waves are strong, and the houses are damp and rather cold at this time of year, so the bathtub is practically useless. I stayed there temporarily to catch a flight, and the price was quite cheap! The houses themselves are fine, but because of the seaside location, there's no direct access to the beach from within the complex; the back door was locked, so you have to go around.

The room is very good, the breakfast is satisfactory, the service is very good, the sanitary facilities are very good, it is convenient to eat around, and it is very convenient to travel. Wanquan River is nearby, and there is a large supermarket opposite

After checking out from Wenchang, we travelled to Qionghai and decided to stay at this hotel chain again. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of eateries within walking distance, which was one of the better aspects of the stay. The lady who checked us in was also helpful and provided good service. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but I would like to acknowledge her positive attitude and assistance during check-in. I have attached a photo for reference, with her face excluded for privacy considerations. The room itself was noticeably smaller compared with the room we had in Wenchang, although the basic amenities and facilities were provided. However, both rooms we booked had a noticeable urine smell in the bathroom area. The bath towels were also of inconsistent condition. One appeared relatively new and fluffy, while another looked noticeably older and worn. The attitude of the housekeeping staff on our floor was also not particularly welcoming or friendly, which affected the overall impression of the stay. One useful feature was the floor pantry/balcony area, where clothes could be hung out to dry. This was convenient, especially for travellers staying for several days. Overall, while the location is good, the check-in service was pleasant, and the basic facilities were available, the room condition, towel quality and housekeeping service did not meet my expectations. There are also several other hotel options in the surrounding area. Based on this experience, I would likely consider other hotels for my next stay in Qionghai.

My first experience at a guesthouse in Bo'ao was absolutely divine! This is the right way to enjoy a beach vacation! During my few days in Bo'ao, I became a complete fan of this guesthouse. After the trip, all I could think about was how lucky I was to have made the right choice. I absolutely had to write a rave review and recommend it to everyone! First, the location—it was practically tailor-made for ocean views! Just a few minutes' walk from my room onto the beach, and in the evening, a stroll with the sea breeze to ”Story of the Sea” is incredibly convenient. The biggest surprise was the room's balcony with its panoramic view. In the morning, you don't have to squeeze onto the beach; you can just grab a coconut juice and watch the sunrise leap from the horizon—the image of light and shadow on the sea is unforgettable! There are several hidden gem restaurants nearby, serving delicious desserts like Qingbuliang and Hainan noodles, each bite a taste of fresh island life. The accommodation experience far exceeded my expectations. I thought being near the sea would be damp, but the sheets and blankets were dry and soft, and a cleaning lady came every day to clean meticulously—the cleanliness was impeccable! The amenities are incredibly thoughtful, the air conditioning is powerful, and even the smallest details are considered. Whether you want to relax and enjoy the sea view, explore the countryside, or take a short vacation, this guesthouse is perfect. The price-performance ratio is unbelievably high; for just over 200 yuan, you can get a room with a fantastic view, and the experience far surpasses hotels in the same price range. I've already recommended it to my friends who are going to Hainan, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bo'ao!
