I was going to give it a perfect 5 out of 5, thinking the staff must have been incredibly hard-working during the ***** New Year holiday. However, there were some issues. The standard rooms are a bit dated, and the elevator and hallway rooms had a slightly stuffy smell. There were hairs on the pillows and washbasin in my room, and there was something stuck on the bedside table (pictured second). I don't know what it was used for, but it was also filthy. Also, because we checked in early, around noon, the room must have been a snatched-up deal, as there was no complimentary mineral water. I notified the front desk, and a woman brought it to me. I half-opened the door and tried to take it, but the woman came into my room with a look of disbelief, then placed it on the shelf herself. She even glanced around, acting suspiciously as if I'd finished my water and asked her to bring it. I don't use the hotel kettle; I always bring a bottle of water with me, but I only drank one bottle because it wasn't enough. The woman's manner of speaking and expression really needs to change.
