After visiting the Wooden Pagoda of Yingxian County and Jingtu Temple, I checked into this hotel. I loved it! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They proactively offered information about the surrounding area and local specialty snacks. There's parking right outside, which is perfect for those traveling by car. Plus, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda.

Facilities: The hardware is pretty good, comparable to established five-star hotels. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. Environment: Quite quiet, with a view of the Wooden Pagoda. Higher floors offer expansive views. Service: The service is what truly deserves praise. I noticed they benchmark themselves against Pang Dong Lai (a popular supermarket known for excellent service) and Haidilao (a famous hot pot chain also renowned for its service), and I genuinely feel it's quite similar. Achieving this level of service in a county-level city is truly commendable. Keep up the good work!

The bathroom was also clean and free of stains. Attention to detail made for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Environment and Facilities: The room, located on the first floor, had excellent natural light and a well-designed layout. Soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained; the air conditioning, hot water, and bedding were all very comfortable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Service: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM, and the front desk staff responded promptly, were warm and polite, and provided efficient check-in and check-out. Their attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, excellent value for money, and they paid great attention to every detail. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended! Because it was winter, some breakfast items were served lukewarm. I hope this can be improved.

A mix feeling about this hotel. The room is clean, and the service is good. But the facility is in the condition below average; the shower head is leaking, the wall of bathroom was broken, the air conditioner needs specal attention, and the TV is smaller than other hotel we stayed in this trip, and the breakfast is not in line with others we stayed in. In general, it really needs a renovation.

Hotel location is good to find, convenient transportation, parking in the yard does not have to worry; fresh fruit is sent when you check in, and small details are particularly healing. A hotel that must stay in Shuozhou, Four Seasons Pingshuo is really good. The location is easy to find, parking is particularly convenient, and there are charging piles. The room was clean and tidy, not old, soundproofed, and lived quietly and not noisy. The service attitude is very easy-going, not routine and not perfunctory. There are many types of breakfast, the quality is online, and the food is very comfortable. Whether you are on a business trip or traveling, staying here is very worry-free and reliable. I will choose this one next time I come to Shuozhou.

What I found through ** was the happiest and most comfortable experience during this trip. It’s such a tall hotel. It’s also the best five-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s super clean, the room is very big, the design is great, and the breakfast is great. I can’t even eat it! There are more than 100 varieties, and they are super exquisite, including strawberries in sugar water, steamed pork ribs, rice rolls, and shaved noodles. I am so impressed. You can also order freely on the second floor in the evening, which is cheap and delicious! I think we paid back half of the 500-plus room fee, haha😄, I really want to stay here again.

The hotel is not far from the entrance of the highway, there are many small restaurants and small supermarkets around, it is convenient to eat, the hotel room is quite big, the health is not bad; the service staff is warm. The room we stayed in was a few years old and the facilities were older.

The advantage is that the price is cheap, the parking lot is large, and it is close to the park. The disadvantage is that it is too noisy. I feel that it is a mahjong hotel. I can hear the sound of playing mahjong everywhere. It may be cheap, so I open a special mahjong.
