Guest UserOur stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

Service:
The hotel's service is truly five-star. We were greeted by a staff member named Qingguo, who patiently escorted us from the parking lot back to the hotel and then thoroughly explained various touring strategies for Wuzhen.
Environment:
The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the hotel's gardens and pavilions are perfect for photos, so you don't have to go out and deal with crowds.
Dining:
For breakfast, the hotel offers two dining options, and we chose the one at 'Siyi'. The breakfast here is quite exquisite, what we'd call 'pretty food.' The interior environment is also very photogenic, so you can easily snap some pictures after your meal.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

We chose this hotel when we took our kids to Wuzhen for a competition. The room was spacious and came with a fridge. The cleaning staff tidied up every day. It's also very close to Xizha, just a few minutes' walk away. We originally booked three nights online, and the kids loved Wuzhen and Wucun so much that they wanted to stay a couple more days after the competition. However, it was a Friday and Saturday, and with other competitions going on, the platform prices were already quite high. We asked the proprietress if she could give us a discount, and she was very accommodating, extending our stay for two nights at the same price we booked online. She's a kind and lovely person. We'll definitely stay here again when we come for the competition next year! I forgot to take photos of the hotel, though, so here are a few pictures of Wuzhen and Wucun instead.

wninniSuperb! The service was excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety. The hotel is also centrally located, making it convenient to get everywhere. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Traveling with my family, we even got a room upgrade during check-in, which allowed all three rooms to be in the same building. It was perfect! The only minor downside is that light sleepers might find the air conditioning a bit noisy.

The Shuixiang Youth Hostel was under maintenance, so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Balcony King Room at Zhenshui Resort Hotel. The hotel facilities seemed a bit dated, and the walls had some noticeable stains. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, our overall stay was very pleasant, and these minor points didn't significantly impact our experience. Given its location within the scenic area, this hotel is genuinely affordable and offers excellent value for money. Both the check-in and luggage transfer services were convenient and prompt. Breakfast could be swapped for Zaochake (from 7:30 to 9:30 AM). While the food itself was quite ordinary, it was a unique experience as you could watch a performance. We're very grateful for the free upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

武廷战 (Vu Dinh Chien)If you're looking for a place where the host is incredibly warm-hearted – someone who looks after your every move, worries whether you're hungry, frets if you get caught in the rain or scorched by the sun – then this is the place to come.
(I forgot to take some picture about room, but in general, like how it is on the hotel bio)
The rooms still retain an old-world charm, perfectly matching the ancient town's beauty, and they're right by the river too. Of course, since it's an old town area, there are bound to be crowds, and a bit of noise from passersby is only to be expected.
The car pickup/drop-off service and the Hanfu (traditional Chinese costume) rental are both very good. In short, whatever you need, the host has it – and whatever you're planning to do, it's always a good idea to ask the host first, because you'll always get great suggestions and extra-special care.
From Vietnam with a warm hug

Guest UserWe stayed at Alila Wuzhen for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel's design is truly beautiful and stylish, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that suited our tastes perfectly. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around; it's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the scenic area.
The hotel also offers travel photography services, and the photography team was absolutely amazing! They were very enthusiastic and captured beautiful photos quickly and efficiently. Our photographer, Li Li, was incredibly supportive and excellent at guiding us, creating a happy and pleasant shooting atmosphere. The photos turned out very natural and lovely, perfectly capturing the moment~
