The two remote controls in the room are all controlled by the set-top box, so the TV cannot be turned on. Need front desk assistance to replace the remote control. In addition, the check-out received a 100 yuan guarantee fee to the check-out front desk staff said that it was confiscated. It is estimated that the newcomer was not handed over well, and the hotel management was not good.
