GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the room was clean. We missed out on the costume photography experience though, as the photographers, who collaborate with the hotel, had already finished for the day by the time we arrived.

MM503416****The room was spotlessly clean, no dust in any corner, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, from the quick check-in to promptly addressing my requests – their dedication was evident in every detail. The facilities were well-maintained and looked new, the internet was fast, and the toiletries were fully stocked. GGuest UserExcellent stay! As expected, the James Joyce Coffetel truly lives up to its reputation. The unique coffee culture theme is really impressive. The decor is artistic, blending retro and modern styles beautifully. While the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed and spotlessly clean. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel staff provided fantastic service, always willing to help. Plus, their locations are usually very convenient, making travel a breeze. Whether for a business trip or a personal vacation, this is a wonderful choice for unwinding and relaxing. I'll definitely be back!

WWoyaochuquzouzouzouI was a little confused before coming here because I always like newer and larger hotels. Later, I thought about going to the Folk Custom Park to take photos the next day after arriving, so I decided to stay here on the first night, so I booked one night. Unexpectedly, it was completely beyond my expectations. Although the facilities are old, I have to say that, but they are very well maintained. The room size is OK, but everything is very complete. Since Yanji is not big, it is very convenient to go everywhere, so I booked this hotel for the next two days. The front desk was very enthusiastic, especially on the third night, the parent-child room we originally booked was gone. The hotel not only showed me other rooms, but also let me book the cheapest room. They arranged the floor I wanted for me, and gave me free breakfast. When I left, I gave a small lucky bag. Very considerate. Yanji is suitable for eating, drinking and taking photos, so the room is completely OK. The cost performance is very high. I praise it.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent! It's about a 10-minute walk to the famous internet-famous wall, and a 15-minute taxi ride to Yanji West High-Speed Rail Station. The pillows are incredibly comfortable, and there's a laundry room. The TV in the room even shows how many washing machines and dryers are available, which is really smart. If you don't feel like going out to eat, ordering takeout is super convenient as there are many delicious options nearby.

Ambiance: The front desk and most facilities are on the 14th floor. It's a large area and looks quite new. The rooms are also spacious enough, making it quite good for an economy chain hotel, though the price is a bit higher.
Service: I only experienced service when interacting with the front desk, and it was just average, to be honest. The reception staff felt a bit cold.

Later, I found a thick quilt in the closet. The owner of the hotel said that he slept at that time the next day, so he didn't reply. The water heater needs to be adjusted when you check in, because it takes a while to heat up, otherwise the temperature is not enough when you take a bath.
