DDioYJThis was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

LLexiaoniuThe hotel's facilities and service are both excellent. Even before checking in, the butler added me on WeChat to provide check-in instructions, parking information, and activity schedules. The lobby is grand and spacious. My only minor complaint is that the room was quite a walk, but everything else was superb! The hotel shuttle service was very convenient, and breakfast was fantastic. Even on a weekday, there were tons of people. I was surprised by how packed it was for the last fireworks show at night... I can only imagine how crowded it gets on weekends and holidays. I'll definitely come back again! I didn't get a chance to try the pool or hot springs this time, so I'll be sure to experience them next time.

It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. The courtyard is decorated in a Chinese-style courtyard style. The butler will contact you in advance before checking in. There are shuttle buses to take you to the scenic spots, which is very convenient (you can go climbing in the Dongpo Pavilion next to it). The attitudes of the front desk and butler service staff are very good. , our children were given motion sickness stickers because they were afraid of motion sickness. The back door of the hotel is Yada Town. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many check-in points. There are many performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I like it. The breakfast area will be perfect if it is upgraded. Will go again if I have the chance

GGuest UserWe parked our car in the parking lot and were picked up by a hotel shuttle bus. Although the hotel is located in a scenic area, it is very quiet. In spring, the entire hotel is surrounded by greenery. The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper always reminds and cares about us, and takes the initiative to help us locate the Chinese restaurant. The dishes in the hotel's Chinese restaurant are also very delicious. Dongpo Pavilion Hotel in the scenic area can also send a car to pick you up, which is very thoughtful. At the end of the check-out, the hotel also sent a thoughtful gift 😀 At present, the business surroundings of the town are not yet fully developed. I will go there again when it is more complete.

GGuest UserOver the years, I have been to dozens of cities in the Yangtze River Delta and stayed in dozens of hotels. I can say that this hotel offers the best value for money and I don't want to leave. I feel it is good in the following aspects: 1. The parking lot is large, there is a large square in front of the door, there are many businesses around, and it is very convenient to eat. 2. The hall is very grand, the guest rooms are decorated in a unique way, the bathroom is large, and there is a big bathtub. The two partitions in the room are cleverly arranged, giving people a homey feeling. 3. The dining room is large, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the waiter took the initiative to deliver tea to each table several times. 4. From the lobby manager to all kinds of staff, their attitudes are very friendly. As soon as I checked in, I was given a water cup and snacks were delivered to the room. The hotel experience is better than many five-star hotels. I still find something I am not satisfied with.
I have recommended it to many friends and will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

3320660****The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

The front desk sister who stayed on the same day on April 2 did not have any sense of service. She went back to the room and groped by herself. She didn't tell you how to go. The room was on the fifth floor but the actual 4th floor of the elevator. I only knew that the fourth floor was the fifth floor after going up and down two or three times. The front desk was unwilling to say one word. I want two bottles of water. The sister at the front desk said that the mineral water has not arrived yet. Hahaha, the first time I saw it, the hotel's mineral water would be broken. Although it was given in the end. But the front desk sister on April 3 should like a big praise, answer all questions, and help you solve difficulties, especially if you don’t have afternoon tea, you will check out. Miss sister took the initiative to help prepare in advance. When you left, you also chased up and sent a souvenir, but the children in the slide room had a good time, which is fine. There is no place to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. The hair dryer is a cottage Dyson. The hotel details are really not good.
