__M1391879****The breakfast was full and you could skip lunch after eating. The room was clean and the coffee capsule tasted good. It is about five minutes walk from the shopping center and close to the main fire. Stay here next time.

GGuest UserI am around and very happy about my stay! The location is perfect: you are super fast in the old town, in the pedestrian zone/centre, at the shopping centre, at the Sparrenburg, at the HBF. Directly in front of the hotel is a central STR station!
The room is hygienic, the staff is super friendly and always strive to meet! In particular with the same staff who always opened me with a friendly smile at 3.30/4 morning, I have especially vibed!!! So very soon very much liked again!

The lady at the reception was very friendly and I could check in one hour earlier. Parking was comfortable because there was a private parking place that could be used for 12 euros per day. There is a Lidl just in front of the hotel, which made shopping very practical.
Disadvantages:
Although the outside temperature was only 22 degrees, it was very hot in the room. There was no air conditioning or ventilator. Without open windows you could hardly sleep, but with open windows it was very noisy, you could even hear the voices of people outside. I would disregard sensitive people. In addition to the fact that the refrigerator was dirty and the shower gel broke, the cleanliness was overall OK. A washing machine was not available. When the neighbors went in and out next door, the door was wackled and the light appeared in, which brought a slightly unsure feeling.
