GGuest UserWe have spent 3 days in a bungalow, it is true that the facilities are not the most modern, but we must give a 100% good score to the cleanliness, kindness of the girl who greeted us upon arrival, perfectly functioning facilities, such as refrigerator, kitchen , microwave, a/c... Daily cleaning of them. And at 10:00 p.m. total silence throughout the premises. Common areas such as swimming pool and barbecue are also phenomenal. Restaurant staff very kind and friendly. We will return without a doubt. A 10 in every way.

SStudentOverTheSeasAlthough the location of the hotel is a bit hard to look for, which took my Uber driver awhile to get there, the hotel itself was great. The things are mostly clean and the bed is comfortable. But the room entrance door is quite different to open and I spent some time opening it. The staffs are nice and willing to help. They could speak English, which is rare in Spain, even in an area that’s far from the central of Madrid. It adds a point to the service bit.
