Maspalomas Hotels with Free Parking.

We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

Yesterday, I just arrived at the time and I couldn’t decide whether to book this for three days. I originally decided to bring the baby before leaving or to come by myself. Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. [Like R] Thank you for upgrading my room and allowing me to have a small swimming pool with my own slap. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. It was great again. Sea view room near the boulevard. Nice dining and fantastic wellness and sauna. Personal service and therefore reason for many people to come back. Tonight.

Great hotel right by the sea with a great garden! The restaurant was great! Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel, there was little water in the room and Nespresso machine. There was also no cosmetics or soap! Service in the room was OK

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

The hotel's scenery and environment are exceptionally good and very relaxing. The seawater bath spa and the infinity spa pool facing the sea are definitely worth experiencing. The service is also on point, though it's a shame that most of the staff don't speak English. They also messed up my room service order three times. 😅

Such a beautiful resort and peaceful! Amazing for a chill getaway! Will 100% recommend! Lovely walking distance to the sand dunes too! So many nice shops and restaurants!

The location of the hotel is good, more than ten minutes walk from the famous British beach. The back door of the hotel is a large market with shops and bars and restaurants. The room is quite large and clean. The breakfast is particularly rich and varied. Especially orange juice is completely squeezed! Must like 👍 In the evening, the hotel will hold a pool concert, and the female singer sings really well. The staff is very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help with the luggage. The restaurant staff is also very enthusiastic. The flaw is: the safe is not available for electricity, and the seat decoration is not in place: leaking.

The facility and the room are very nice. The pool was freezing cold, the heated poll worked like that. The food & drinks need improvement. Sometimes less is more ;-) focusing more on quality would be recommended! We had a dispute about the booking and had to pay extra. However, we did nothing wrong and had to show our confirmation again and again. We found this very unpleasant. There were also difficulties returning the towels. We'll be surprised as to whether our €50 security fee will be charged to the credit card or not. Overall the stay was ok, but we wouldn't come back or recommend it to others.

Excellent laid back and friendly hotel with a wonderful pool and delicious breakfast. Location was 15 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very handy for airport transport on a good local bus service (line 66) room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower. Staff were obliging and kind. Will definitely return.
