The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

The location of the hotel is good, more than ten minutes walk from the famous British beach. The back door of the hotel is a large market with shops and bars and restaurants. The facility and the room are very nice. The pool was freezing cold, the heated poll worked like that. The food & drinks need improvement. Sometimes less is more ;-) focusing more on quality would be recommended! We had a dispute about the booking and had to pay extra. However, we did nothing wrong and had to show our confirmation again and again. We found this very unpleasant. There were also difficulties returning the towels. We'll be surprised as to whether our €50 security fee will be charged to the credit card or not. Overall the stay was ok, but we wouldn't come back or recommend it to others.

I was there for 3 nights as a single traveler. The hotel was very good, very friendly staff, very clean everything. My room on the 5th floor was very beautiful, sea view, with small balcony. The food was varied and tasted well, the dining room is quite large, but despite many people the old wardrobe was quickly cleaned. A clear recommendation from me for this hotel!
