The location is excellent. Close to two different beaches, to the station, the center of the old city. A room with a view to the yard was chosen. First placed on the 2nd floor with a view to the wall. There was bad. And dirty, and the air conditioner stiff smell of spleen. They moved two days later to the high floor and began a great rest!
