Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Close to a metro station, but not close to any of the sites. Still, they are within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The food court / common room is nice, with lots of couches and power outlets. It closes at night though, and then there is no place to go except back to your room. The dorm rooms have air conditioning, which is nice. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi throughout. The morning and daytime front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Such a cute hotel, old building style in the heart of Lille. This hotel has a private parking but with limited space, otherwise there is a lot of public parking along the street outside the hotel. The hotel has a nice restaurant. Haven't tried though this time as I went to the city center to have some nice Asian Thai food. But it looked really nice, also it has a nice terasse, unfortunately I was not at the best season, was cold and rainy but I can imagine in summer to be very cute. The rooms are a bit small but clean, modern and nice. I was really happy with my stay and staff are very friendly.

Relatively disappointed by our experience in this Mama Shelter. Better than others, in particular Bordeaux. A room more than average cleanliness, joints that start to moisture, a water leak that is not cleanly repaired, a end of the window's circumference broken and not repaired what can be quite dangerous, a air conditioning that works in Alternance and I'm going through. And what to say about breakfast, nice, but no resort, you need to spend your time asking if it is possible to come and put back potatoes, fruit, bread, Then what surprise to return to her table and see the server removed the whole table that still included drinks and full socks. We are not going to come back.

All rooms and close to all shops. Prima bathroom with delicious shower. At 11:30 am I came back from a walk and didn't work the number of the room while I was allowed to stay in my room for up to 12 hours. Then, when the reception was made, one came with him, and the door opened, and once again, one came in in my room, and I was not dressing. I don't understand why they go into the room if you can stay until 12 hours and I haven't checked out. I'll hang the ticket at the door next time with no disturbance. They were very friendly and I advise this hotel to everyone.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Bon hôtel, extrêmement bien situé, personnel agréable et sympathique. Espace petit déjeuner cependant trop étroit et isolation phonique problématique.

Hotel rooms are small, show is tiny and sound insulation is terrible. Take Ear Buds if you want to get any sleep in these rooms, you can hear conversations so clearly through the walls of neighbours on the side and above. Staff are friendly, breakfast for EUR 6 is not worth it, there is a much better buffet breakfast for double that price across the parking if you are hungry in the mornings. Overall, would not return due to the lack of ability sleep with all the noise. If you are looking for a cheap option with secure parking, this is potentially a decent option. More than 2 nights is difficult to justify.

The clerks on the morning shift and the evening shift are all very friendly and willing to communicate and inform about nearby supermarket facilities and so on. The environment is very average, just enough for one night's sleep. Being able to walk to Ikea next door was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast croissant was delicious.
