Incredible rooms and very clean, very close to other shops and only a short walk to the nearest shopping centre. Would definitely come again Also had quite a few indoor games and puzzles so you will not be bored!

Pros Place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The location is great just off the beach front and pier. Negatives We were on the 3rd floor which is tiring to keep walking up. The shower is small which is harder for taller people like me. They served out of date yoghurts I guess they didn't check the dates.

I initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. Lovely place, amazing service and friendly staffs

The location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the pier, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can pre check in a day before you stay which make the process much more efficient and smooth.

Good service. The hotel is located at the hill top and has a good sea view. Very closed to the tram station and cable car station with lots of restaurants nearby.
