Our room was clean and cosy
In the room was hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea/coffee facilities and an electric fan which was definitely needed with temps reaching 29 degrees 🥵
The outdoor area was stunning with lots of seating and little pods to dine in of an evening very pretty all lit up at night
All the staff were friendly and helpful
We will definitely return in the near future.

GGuest UserLocated within a golf course, the hotel boasts a tranquil, peaceful, and comfortable environment with beautiful scenery. However, it's quite far from the city center, about a 30-minute drive from York's Old Town. If you're not traveling by car, it's not the best choice for accommodation. But if you have a car, it's an excellent option as parking is free.
The hotel has two restaurants with good food, but they are very expensive and the portions are small – typical fine dining. If you don't want to spend too much on food, it's best to eat in the city before entering the hotel.

YYeziA small villa, the room is clean and tidy, very warm and quiet, the service is very good and warm, we live on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, the suitcase is the store to help get the room, parking is also convenient. The environment of Zhou is good, and it is convenient to travel. It takes 20 minutes to walk along the river to see the tourist attractions in the downtown area. Only breakfast is very expensive. Two nights a day is a pleasant experience.

GGuest UserThe location by the river is very quiet. All the city's attractions are within walking distance. Although the room is small, it has a small pantry where you can cook simple meals, which is a great plus! The lobby has a 24-hour coffee machine with freshly ground coffee, and croissants are available for breakfast in the morning. Starting the day with a cup of rich coffee and a croissant before heading out for your day's activities is indeed an excellent choice!

PPasan, BruneiThe staff were very friendly, and the lady at reception kindly allowed us to check in at 12:30 noon even though the official check-in time wasn't until 3:00 pm. This was a much 🙏🏻appreciated gesture and something that's quite rare in the UK. The location is excellent and within walking distance of my favourite café, Betty Cafe. I had a lovely stay and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

GGujingqiangLocated on the outskirts of town, it's about a twenty-minute walk from the train station. The convenience is excellent; it's roughly a ten-minute walk to the Butcher's Street and the city center. The staff are incredibly friendly; everyone from the front desk to the restaurant service made us feel right at home. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, the bedding is great, and the bathroom has a small heater that can dry towels and small clothes, which I absolutely loved. Overall, the hotel is very well-maintained. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe’ve stayed at Delta Hotels York multiple times now, and it continues to be a fantastic choice every single visit. This was our 6th stay, and once again, it was a solid 10/10 experience.
The hotel is always spotless—super clean and tidy throughout—which makes a big difference the moment you walk in. The room service is top-notch, and everything feels well thought out and well maintained. We especially appreciated the welcoming amenities in the room, including a great selection of coffee and the Ninja coffee pod machine, which was a lovely touch.
The rooms and bathrooms are impressively spacious, with plenty of room to relax comfortably. It never feels cramped, which really adds to the overall experience. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, making every stay smooth and enjoyable.
Another big plus for us is the leisure facilities—the jacuzzi and pool are a great bonus and perfect for unwinding. On top of that, the on-site parking is safe, convenient, and reasonably priced, which is one of the main reasons we keep choosing this hotel when visiting York.
Overall, a reliable and welcoming place that never disappoints. We’ll definitely be back again.

Its friendly proximity to the city center makes it a great choice for a city walk, especially with York's unique cultural charm. Definitely recommend.

AAnonymous UserThe first time I stayed at the Youth Hostel, there were not many people on the same floor when we went there, so the experience was very good. The bathroom was clean and the shower was dry and clean. The room was a bit cold in winter but the price was very high.
