Handuknya kecil kayak keset lantai. Tolong dong handuknya jgn kecil terus alasan yg belum kering atw habis. Kalau kamar bagus lengkap tv lemari kulkas AC sofa kursi meja kasur. Tempat jemuran kecil. Yg g aq suka handuknya kecil banget

I recommend the place, it's comfortable, right on the side of the road, it's nice, you can go here again if you go to Sby.

Only the pool with view on the ocean is 4 star really The food was below average, take forever to come Clean room but a bit old, service is always good in Indonesia Bonus for the turtle real ease though I’m not sure giving baby turtles to young kids is a smart move. Oh yeah impossible to swim in the beach it’s near an industrial zone so not recommended almost dangerous

I dont know much about the location since I only used it for transit between places, but it was okay since it was close to the place I wanted to go to. Cleanliness wise, the bed sheets could do well with more cleaning since they're stained. Service is normal for a hotel that cheap. Facilities is also not much different, just the fact that we have to use stairs is a bit dissapointing. Wifi is okay.

The service is very friendly and in my opinion the cleanliness is pretty good. The facilities are sufficient and suitable for the price. Only 1 toothpaste and toothbrush were given. Even though there were 2 people in the room. I deliberately didn't ask the receptionist. I'd rather just buy it outside rather than having to worry about it. Next time you can try staying at the Bella Hotel but want a room on the 2nd floor.

The location is quite strategic, big appreciation for all the staff because they are very helpful and friendly, especially the security guard 👍🏻 For the facilities according to the price, the downside is that the bathroom is a bit smelly, the toilet is difficult to flush. Hopefully it will be fixed soon for the future
