Outstanding
GGuest UserEverything was wonderful. The location is great, you can walk to all the attractions. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a better room, than I've booked. I had a fantastic experience
GGuest UserThis hotel is truly amazing! It features a very modern design while being nestled within an older building. The room was stylish, comfortable, and chic. Its location is perfect, situated in the heart of everything—restaurants, shopping, and historical sites are all nearby.
What really stood out to me were the people and the exceptional service. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. I will definitely be returning!
LLEINaples is the only city with high-rises on my trip to Italy. This Renaissance location is not bad. The subway is very close. It is also close to Newcastle, the town hall, and the port.
There are several steps at the entrance of the hotel, there is no barrier-free access, and heavy boxes are more painful. Of course, if there is staff, they will help, but not always ...
The breakfast environment of the hotel is good, overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. The variety is not particularly large but it is enough. There is an automatic muffin making, which looks very fun.
The facilities of this hotel are slightly old and the bathroom has cracks, which is not comparable to that of a Mercure in Palermo. And the hotel does not provide bottled water, of course, there is a supermarket diagonally opposite, and shopping is very convenient.
MMengjuejueThe hotel is of a good size, but it is too far from the city center. There is nothing there. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi. The service is OK
GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

Very Good
Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website. We enjoyed the rooftop view for breakfast but food itself is below standard. Service is ok.
LLyrA very nice hotel with very convenient transportation. The hotel is near the station of L9 and L2. 24 hours front counter. All staff are very kind and helpful. This hotel offers very nice Italian style breakfast. The food is in very good quality.
GGuest UserNice hotel near Napoli Centrale. Lots of tours go out from this hotel, so super convenient. Lots of cafe, restaurants and shopping near by. Metro station is also close by to visit Toleda or Dante. Overall great place.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe sea view room I booked seemed to be upgraded. The room is quite large and the decoration is very ”palace” feeling. I feel very happy when I wake up. In addition, the sea is super close when I open the window. The opposite is the Castel dell'Ovo and I can see the houses along the coastline of Naples. The scenery is really beautiful. The service is also good. Very professional and polite, very Italian. The shower room is super large and has two shower heads. Two people can take a shower together... But it seems unnecessary. Instead, the toilet space is very small and cramped. There is no place to put toiletries in the shower room. This design is quite special. Overall, it is good. If you live by the sea, I think it is ok to choose this hotel. You can't go wrong.
PPietro.Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. I had booked a Superior Room, but when I arrived, to my surprise, there was no desk. When I went to reception to ask if it was a Superior Room, they told me yes. But when I asked ”why there wasn't a desk,” they told me that it could ”happen.” And that the Superior XL rooms would have a desk. The whole thing seemed absurd to me. They asked me at 8:30 PM if I wanted to change rooms, but I declined since I was leaving the next day.
I can only say that we need to be more careful and not give such superficial answers.
