DDatiandashuiThis hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy.

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly amazing! It features a very modern design while being nestled within an older building. The room was stylish, comfortable, and chic. Its location is perfect, situated in the heart of everything—restaurants, shopping, and historical sites are all nearby.
What really stood out to me were the people and the exceptional service. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. I will definitely be returning!

GGuest UserHotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit.
However the location is literally in the ghetto, it’s a run down area with nothing around you and you don’t really want to be venturing out at night in Naples or the local area

GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

The hotel has a long history and is said to be a place where celebrities once gathered
The breakfast is also quite rich, and the restaurant on the sixth floor can see Mount Vesuvius, which is very beautiful
The room is also very large, but because it is close to the street, there is a little noise, but it is okay
If you come to travel, I still recommend everyone to stay in Egg Castle. It is still a half-hour walk from the city center. You have to take a taxi when you go out, which is a bit inconvenient

GGuest UserSince I chose a hotel near the airport, I didn't set high expectations. The view from the rooftop was quite nice, offering a partial panoramic view of Naples. I was a bit tired of looking for food out that night, so I decided to eat at the hotel. The steak I ordered was like rubber bands, so I returned it. The food was absolutely terrible, and I was hungry all night. This hotel is in such a remote location, and the €11 citytl tax is a rip-off. I'm disgusted by all the high fees in Naples.

LLyrA very nice hotel with very convenient transportation. The hotel is near the station of L9 and L2. 24 hours front counter. All staff are very kind and helpful. This hotel offers very nice Italian style breakfast. The food is in very good quality.

3300579****Located in a row behind Naples Central Station, it's relatively quiet and convenient for getting around. The hotel lobby is clean, the room isn't large, but the bathroom is clean and tidy. It's more than adequate for a solo trip and is quite standard.

CChris HeveyI highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English. I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it.
