Gwalior Hotels with Free Parking.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is just about 1 km from the railway station if one walks. At the same time, it isn't noisy. It is on a road that is relatively quieter than the others around. The view of the fort is great from some of the rooms and i got see a beautiful sunset from my room. The service of the staff is courteous, extremely helpful and accommodating. Both mr. Sunny and mr. Ranjit parihar were warm, welcoming and polite before booking reservations and while confirming a day before reaching gwalior. I had wanted an early check-in and they very kindly accommodated my request. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Food is good too.

The room was very nice. The size was also quite big. The cleaning is also well maintained. The staff is very nice. And this was my 3rd time stay. I personally like this hotel very much that i will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives.

Located on airport road, just @ outskirts of bhind-gwalior, away from city traffic, vast space with ample parking,big infra with glorious decor & multiple party halls and celebration points & pool party, neat & clean premises, well supporting staff & front desk (except Mr Jitendra @ help desk👎🏻) food served @ party lawns was ”good” with varieties & multiple options.....but breakfast experience @ ”Moti Mahal” was OK OK....can be improved with little efforts like increased options & more friendly staff behaviour Ready to help with smiling face supporting staff(guard/watchman/ cleaning/bell boy) especially Mr kaushlendra 🙂 cons 1. TV provided but of no use( none of tv channels subscribed) 2. No kid's play area 3. AC was not working on 2nd day of stay 4. Intercom service was out of order

Very nice and comfortable stay. Staff is very polite, environment is so good very fast service specially manager pradeep and ramlakhan ji very supportive and polite nature location is very good bus stand, railway station, malls, main market is very near food quality is so good and hygienatic. Much more professionalism is appreciated from the staffs members at the time of serving breakfast, instead of trying to get away with the stuffs without coming up with a solution. If the things are unavailable then they must have a second option rather than straight away denying. Asked for english breakfast it was denied and menu card was not provided however when the same breakfast was requested by one of the germane couple it was accepted and also the menu card was given to have a choice. Why such a difference between white skin and indians. Not needed

Rooms are not spacious. First they offer me small room, yet i booked a deluxe room. When i force to change, they change room. Pickup and drop facility by hotel. . But drop facility not followed as i book auto from hotel to railway station and paid for it. They only pickup when i came. Food was good but expensive according to quantity.

1. The hotel's cost is too high as per the size of rooms and services like there is no exhaust fan, dirty pillows, dirty blankets broken toilet seats and floor 2. Food's cost is too high even for the location like gwalior a tier 3 city even if you order tea it costs you around 79-, is it worth drinking tea at this cost, outside the hotel you will get same tea in less than 20.

For a 3 star hotel hotel mahima is fine. One can stay here if they are looking for a basic hotel services at a budgeted price. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, also hotel rooms were clean and tidy.
