GGuest UserMe and my wife recently stayed at Bird's View Resort in Kasauli from August 12th to 15th, 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. We booked a Super Deluxe room named Orange, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, well-equipped with AC (though didn't have to use it), and other amenities. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, offering an awe-inspiring panorama of the mist-covered hills. The weather during our stay was typical of the monsoon season, with a pleasant temperature hovering around 20°C, adding a magical touch to our experience. The staff at the resort were exceptionally cooperative and helpful, with a special mention to Mr. Harish, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His hospitality truly made a difference, and we were impressed by his dedication. The resort is situated in a serene location, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. It also provides ample parking space, which was a significant convenience for us. The food served was good, and we appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and the entire premises. Overall, our experience at Bird's View Resort was excellent, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in Kasauli. Santosh Thomas

GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Location is easy to find and very near to checkpost/bus stand. Spacious rooms nice and clean bathroom. Have a great view from attached garden area. You can sit in the lobby or walk in tha garden. Tasty food. Overall a nice and relaxing experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel was nice and room was good. It was neat and clean but the service was not upto the mark. Despite repeated reminders need full was not done. Food was also not good. 2. The stay in hotel choice garden zirakpur was really worst experience. Construction work was going on in front of the room allotted to us. It continued till 7. 30 pm and started again in the following morning. It was dusty inside and outside. Wash basin in the washroom was blocked. The only positive thing was that food served was very good.
