We spent just one night at Evolve Back Coorg but it was a wonderful experience that we will remember fondly! We loved the candlelight dinner at Peppercorn restaurant. The food, ingredients and service were all top notch. Breakfast at the Plantain Leaf restaurant was also delicious. A variety of hot dosas made to order followed by excellent tea and coffee. Though we were unable to take part in many planned activities, we did enjoy feeding the fish and the coffee tasting session. Special mention to every staff member right from the reservations team to the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping - your service and attention to detail was superb! Thank you for a truly great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

The staff are super friendly and the four dogs they have are also super friendly!

We had a very pleasant stay at Coorg International, the staff are extremely cooperative and the rooms were very spacious. The food at the restaurant was tasty too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coorg.

Property is clean, location is center of the town. 24 hours hot water is available which good. Both veg and non veg food is good in spicy returant in 2nd floor. Provided shower gel, shampoo, two bath towel. Bed is very comfortable with 4 pillows. Missing dental kit, shaving kit. Tea bags, sugar pockets were filled while check in the room, we need to ask when we require it next day. Room cleaning and replacing bath towel is need basis and based on request. This hotel is very far away from site seeing like thali kavery, golden temple. Average travel time from madikeri to hotel is 1 hour 30 minutes.

It was good room and very spacious bathroom, but should have cleaned the floor before. Because it was bit dirty. Rest all was good even the staff behaviour was also good

slow service. we had to ask for basic amenities like toilet roll, refilling of water bottle. linen including bed linen had stain and we had to ask to change. dust and hair on the floor post arrival that they should check before arrival. food quality needs to.imrpove and they keep serving repetitive menu which limited. Staffs were helpful. Only advantage is the view ...due to which I booked the room there. Most of the amenities which are mentioned are on request so they need to mention it online as people think that it would their in the room. hope you improve
