Jiaxing Spa Hotels

Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

After seeing all the great reviews, I hastily booked my trip to Wuzhen just the night before, and Jintang Inn definitely added a lot to the experience. The swaying sculling boat carried us into the water town of our Jiangnan dreams, starting a journey of peace and tranquility. The location of Jintang Inn is excellent, the room is great, the breakfast is delicious, and the reception service from Manager Zhao Runqiu was very thoughtful. Following the hotel's arrangements, we experienced a sound bowl healing session, feeling the physical and mental relaxation brought by the sounds. We visited the silk reeling workshop, which was quite impressive. The large loom actually required two people to operate; it took me a while to realize there was someone else sitting up top! ”If a child doesn't learn, cut the loom thread” – if it were me, I don't think I could bear to do it!

Service: The hotel's service is truly five-star. We were greeted by a staff member named Qingguo, who patiently escorted us from the parking lot back to the hotel and then thoroughly explained various touring strategies for Wuzhen. Environment: The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the hotel's gardens and pavilions are perfect for photos, so you don't have to go out and deal with crowds. Dining: For breakfast, the hotel offers two dining options, and we chose the one at 'Siyi'. The breakfast here is quite exquisite, what we'd call 'pretty food.' The interior environment is also very photogenic, so you can easily snap some pictures after your meal.

Wucun Village sightseeing adult ticket: saved money. Afternoon tea in the room: very delicious. Facilities: good. Service: Our butler, Huang Qi, was handsome and warm. He arranged a foot bath for our room, a singing bowl experience, and responded to all our needs immediately. The breakfast was also very distinctive.

The hotel itself is a historic building, meticulously maintained, and perfectly aligned with the Wuzhen culture. It's a joy to explore, and while I couldn't post photos with people in them, it's truly beautiful! The staff were confident and natural in their descriptions when asked questions. The hotel's restaurant is excellent, with delicious food. The included breakfast is portioned per person, but very generous, saving you the hassle of choosing. I have three minor suggestions, which can be disregarded if not appropriate: 1. The shower pressure in my room was a bit low. 2. Given the hotel's excellent location, a 2 PM checkout would be perfect. I imagine many guests coming for a night tour of Wuzhen wouldn't check in so early. 3. The queue for the sculling boat was incredibly long (during a non-weekend in summer). Although it was included in the hotel package, I ended up skipping it. I would have preferred to tour the hotel's grand mansion instead. If the hotel could arrange someone to lead a guided tour and explain its history, I can't imagine how much more valuable that would be.

Pure perfection at Pullman Haining! Hans at reception gave us a warmly memorable welcome, managing check-in with total grace and efficiency. The modern room design, pristine cleanliness, and overall peaceful vibe made for an incredible rest. Top-tier service from a wonderful team—deserves way more than five stars!

A fantastic staycation experience. The facilities were impeccable, both in terms of amenities and service. The gym, while compact, was surprisingly well-equipped, and even during peak hours, it wasn't overly crowded, making for a pleasant workout. Overall cleanliness was excellent. I noticed a slight stain on a pillow which was promptly replaced. Later, I accidentally spilled a blueberry drink late at night, and the staff were incredibly responsive in cleaning it up – a major plus! The surroundings were breathtaking, brimming with exquisite design. The central courtyard's pond and pavilion exuded a beautiful traditional Chinese aesthetic. The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, striking the perfect balance throughout our stay. I would definitely love to visit again!

Transportation: Pujiin is located outside the ancient town, directly opposite the ancient town's tourist service center, just across the road. Hotel Service: I really have to commend the hotel's strict rules and regulations. The staff meticulously enforce them, which was almost too ”friendly” for a family trip. We booked two king rooms, one for two adults and one child, and the other for one senior and two children. Upon check-in, we were told that each room only provided two adult tickets. Even for the senior and two children who qualified for preferential policies, they stated, ”Our adult tickets are counted per person, regardless of whether you're an adult or a senior/child with a preferential ticket.” So, we had to purchase additional tickets at the front desk or buy them ourselves. Despite having three children, no children's amenities were proactively provided. By the time we remembered, it was quite late. The children had no slippers or dental kits and had to use the adults'. In the morning, before entering the dining room, we were stopped and asked for our room number. Before even finishing counting the people, they started saying we had exceeded the limit and needed to pay extra (only two adults and three children, one of whom was under 120cm, had arrived at the restaurant first). I went to the restaurant after checking my luggage. After giving my room number, the staff told me it was full and I needed to pay extra. Maybe I'm just cheap, but I decided to leave and forgo breakfast. Finally, I have to complain about the bathroom design. Perhaps it's an issue with the rooms on our side? After putting down the bath mat in the shower, the door couldn't close. When the bathroom door was opened, it blocked the sink. If someone was using the sink, you couldn't open the door to enter, which was very inconvenient.

We chose Puyuan for this trip and booked a hotel in the scenic area. The environment is great. I would especially like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Yinxing Xiaoyao. After the reservation was successful, he took the initiative to contact me, carefully asked about my needs and arrival time, and helped me plan the tour route in advance. During my stay, whether I wanted to recommend a restaurant or learn about tourist attractions, the housekeeper always helped me solve the problem quickly and considerately. The guest room is even more of a surprise, with exquisite decoration, warm layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and impeccable hygiene. In particular, the room has a small space for playing chess and drinking tea. Today, I can see the beautiful scenery of the scenic area outside the window, and my mood is instantly happy. The dining environment is also great, the restaurant is elegant, the breakfast is rich in variety, and there are both local specialties and Western meals. The Chinese restaurant we chose for dinner not only tasted good but also had fresh ingredients. There are few people in the scenic area, so the photos are particularly good. Coming back to the hotel after playing is like returning to a warm home. Next time I come, I will choose this place again and recommend it to my friends!

My friend and I booked Alila Wuzhen for our 10th anniversary, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design and layout are very serene and comfortable; as soon as you enter, you feel secluded, ready to begin your vacation. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Kevin, provided incredibly thoughtful service. Any request we had was quickly addressed, making us feel right at home. A big thumbs up! 👍🏻 The service was top-notch. For instance, we brought two cakes for our anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully helped us store them. The Garden Villa room type is very spacious, with a large sofa, accommodating the needs of multiple guests, perfect for a dinner celebration or anniversary. They even thoughtfully provided a small cake and decorations. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and you could order several à la carte items. I recommend the braised beef noodles and beef congee. Although there was a small incident with other guests, the hotel quickly and efficiently resolved it. A good hotel needs to be 'capable of handling issues' and 'responsible'. I really loved the infinity pool, which offered views of egrets and wetlands, making me feel very relaxed and happy. In the evening, the bar had a live band. The two performers were very professional. I absolutely loved their cover of 'Deadman' last night; it was so mesmerizing. Experiencing Alila at night in the bar had a unique charm. The package included a travel photography service. I've experienced this at other hotels, but Alila's was arguably the best. The photographer, Mr. Li Junjie, was very professional. He gave natural guidance, avoiding stiff poses, and provided great emotional value, resulting in truly stunning photos. He spent over an hour shooting across multiple scenes and locations. Many thanks! We truly need more people who are so dedicated to their work in life. There were also many cultural activities. The handicraft instructor was incredibly helpful, explaining each step in detail and with great patience. Essentially, every staff member at Alila offered service with a smile. Their professionalism is very high. I'm also grateful to the aunt who came to make up our bed late at night, even though I don't know her name. All of the above are reasons why I had such a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back.
