Kozhikode Hotels with Free Parking.

A very new hotel…..just few minutes walk to beach. Surrounded by may good eatouts.

Because it was Ramadan, the restaurant was not fully operative. The driveway needs to be properly tarred. Guest have an issue walking up the loose gravel. The bathroom door auto closure needs to be adjusted to be softer. It is too firm for seniors and ladies to open the door.

Property is located in prime location.It is inside City.Rooms are very small & no ceiling fan.Room bed was mentioned as king size.But it was very small.Toilet was very neat & clean.Room service is very bad.Getting the required things we have to follow up multiple times.They have included multiple food in boffet breakfast.Taste was awesome.Overall I can give average rating 3 when we are comparing with other hotel experience.

The location of the hotel was on point.. we were able to travel very easily from and to airport. We had a good big room with good amenities like bath tub. It's kids friendly and has vast breakfast spread. Staff was courteous and helpful . Overall it's a 10/10 stay.

Park residency, kuttiady my stay at park residency, kuttiady was a mix of positives and negatives. Here are some key points from my experience: # positives: 1. *room quality: the room itself was good, featuring a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The overall ambience of the room was pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. # negatives: 1. *lack of elevator: one of the major drawbacks of this hotel is the absence of a lift, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. *inflexible checkout policy: despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was inflexible regarding the checkout time. They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. Overall, park residency offers a decent stay in terms of room quality and cleanliness but has several service and facility-related issues that need addressing.

Quick response from staff. It's town hotel newly renovated. Good and hygiene washrooms. Bead quality is good. Everything is fine. But no windows on some rooms.

It was a wonderful experience. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had a prior booking of a particular room they upgraded us to a villa at the same price as we wanted a better view. The food was great. The ambience and decor of the hotel is amazing. And its proximity to the beach makes it worth the while. The swimming pool is well maintained. The hospitality of the entire staff is commendable. Even though we had a language issue, they helped us in the best possible way and sorted out our transportation issues as well. 10/10.

Excellent stay! i recently had the pleasure of staying at the sea queen hotel, calicut and i must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The views of kozhikode beach were stunning, and the cool breeze in the evening made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, beautiful views, and warm hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay! 5/5 stars

Room size- spacious room lighting & illumination- could be better food- very well prepared, tasty and decently priced bed and linens- clean and comfortable. Housekeeping- good and prompt. Location- very good. Both bus terminus & railway station are close. Markets also close. Wifi- not very dependable. Needs attention and improvements. Recommended for business travellers.

Avarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude
