The overall ambience of the room was pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. # negatives: 1. *lack of elevator: one of the major drawbacks of this hotel is the absence of a lift, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. *inflexible checkout policy: despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was inflexible regarding the checkout time. They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. Overall, park residency offers a decent stay in terms of room quality and cleanliness but has several service and facility-related issues that need addressing.

It's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

Quick response from staff. It's town hotel newly renovated. Good and hygiene washrooms. Bead quality is good. Everything is fine. But no windows on some rooms.

While the property is conveniently located, offering easy access to local attractions, our overall experience was just average in terms of value for money. The breakfast provided in the morning left much to be desired; it was below average and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, we noticed that the housekeeping team had overlooked clearing out the used amenities in our room, which detracted from our comfort during the stay. On a positive note, the services were satisfactory, though they didn’t stand out. Overall, our visit had its highlights, but improvements could be made in several areas to enhance the guest experience.

Avarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude

However, upon arrival, I was informed that our reserved rooms were no longer available, and we were instead provided with a single deluxe room. This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking. I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services. I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your response.

Small but clean room. Responsible employees. Good manners. Delay in getting the booking details at the reception causes the check-in time to be extended. A place away from the city but not too far.

The location was good. The place is clean but they could do better for the toilet cabinets, positioning the tv. There is provision for hot water, air conditioner was also good. The food at restaurant in the 2 nd floor was not bad. Kozhikode beach is also nearby
