GGuest UserThe hotel room was exceptionally clean, offering a fantastic view of the Mekong River, with Thailand directly across. The service was outstanding; the front desk staff spoke Chinese and were very patient, helping us with information and booking taxis. Breakfast was delicious, featuring both local specialties and Chinese dishes – truly excellent! 😋 The rooftop pool was amazing, especially for watching the sunset while swimming. There's also a gym and a laundry room, which is super convenient for travelers, so you don't have to worry about wet clothes not drying. This hotel is fantastic! 😍

LLex Fee.This is a wonderful hotel with a very convenient location in the city. The hotel is brand new, it just opened. So there's a chance to sleep on a completely new mattress and pristine, crisp linens. The hotel offers breakfast on the rooftop – it's a modest buffet, but it has everything you need (instant coffee, juices, eggs, bread, jam, sausages, hot pho bo, cold fried rice, and fruit). I especially want to highlight the staff's service. The young women and men are extremely responsive, kind, and always smiling, ready to help guests at any moment. Huge thanks to them for their hard work and dedication. You guys are truly amazing!
Special thanks to the hotel owner, who offered a complimentary transfer from the hotel to the train station, and then conveniently forgot about it 😂👍🏼

The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling.
The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to.
There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks.
Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious.
The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.

MMishka_KakaoThe hotel is at a really good location, only a few minutes walk from the Nighy market! The staff are quite helpful as well, and the overall quality of the rooms is good for the money. The first night I got there, the pipe in the shower was unfortunately clogged. After notifying them the issue, the staff moved me to the bigger family room with no issue. You would need to notify them if you need cleaning for your room, but all the staff are helpful with any request you may have. The only downside I would say is the lack of elevators, which might be cumbersome if you have lots of stuff with you. Overall though, I had a great time at this hotel 🤗

The room was clean and tidy with great natural light, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. All bathroom amenities were provided, hot water was stable, and the WiFi was fast. Breakfast was delicious and really hit the spot. The housekeeping staff were attentive and thoughtful. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The environment is quiet, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

SShineCHEN666The hotel was very clean and well-ventilated. There's a convenience store and some small restaurants nearby, which is handy. It's just a little over 2km walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a top choice if you're looking to save some cash!

Wwave.npkOverall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the mall, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. I fell in love with this place after just one day. The restaurant food was delicious, especially perfect for my Chinese palate. The room facilities were well-equipped and clean, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the decor was very stylish. The room even had a balcony, which was fantastic for enjoying the breeze and scenery at night. My absolute favorite part was the rooftop open-air swimming pool; the water was clean and odor-free. My stay here was absolutely amazing, highly recommended – you won't be disappointed!
