GGuest UserThis was my first time in Laos, so I chose the familiar JI Hotel chain. Their standardization is excellent, from service to cleanliness, and even the scent when you walk in is just like JI Hotels back home in China.
A huge thank you to the Chinese manager, a Thai guy, and a local lady at the front desk. They recommended some great places to visit in Vientiane, helped us get medicine when we had an upset stomach, and assisted us with various other issues. They were all so patient and meticulous, and we never had to worry about being scammed. Overall, staying at JI Hotel in Vientiane felt very safe and secure! đ
I wish all the staff good luck with their work and much peace and happiness!

LLex Fee.This is a wonderful hotel with a very convenient location in the city. The hotel is brand new, it just opened. So there's a chance to sleep on a completely new mattress and pristine, crisp linens. The hotel offers breakfast on the rooftop â it's a modest buffet, but it has everything you need (instant coffee, juices, eggs, bread, jam, sausages, hot pho bo, cold fried rice, and fruit). I especially want to highlight the staff's service. The young women and men are extremely responsive, kind, and always smiling, ready to help guests at any moment. Huge thanks to them for their hard work and dedication. You guys are truly amazing!
Special thanks to the hotel owner, who offered a complimentary transfer from the hotel to the train station, and then conveniently forgot about it đđđŒ

The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling.
The property itself is beautifulâthe pool area is a standout. Itâs well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to.
There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple timesâit had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks.
Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western optionsâthings like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious.
The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadnât been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didnât ruin my stay, but itâs something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.

MMishka_KakaoThe hotel is at a really good location, only a few minutes walk from the Nighy market! The staff are quite helpful as well, and the overall quality of the rooms is good for the money. The first night I got there, the pipe in the shower was unfortunately clogged. After notifying them the issue, the staff moved me to the bigger family room with no issue. You would need to notify them if you need cleaning for your room, but all the staff are helpful with any request you may have. The only downside I would say is the lack of elevators, which might be cumbersome if you have lots of stuff with you. Overall though, I had a great time at this hotel đ€

GGuest UserI've stayed here many times but never got around to writing a review. This time, I wanted to briefly share my experience. Every visit, the service and ambiance are consistently excellent, just as I remember them. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are also very welcoming and always quick to assist with any issues, which is really reassuring. Overall, the quality of service at this hotel has always been great, which is why I keep choosing to stay here.

The Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. Able to converse in Chinese and minimal english.
The room was spacious, neat and clean, also basic necessities provided and met.
Thereâs wet market not far from, a fast food restaurant with delicious burger and some home-based stalls with great food and drinks nearby too.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the mall, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. I fell in love with this place after just one day. The restaurant food was delicious, especially perfect for my Chinese palate. The room facilities were well-equipped and clean, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the decor was very stylish. The room even had a balcony, which was fantastic for enjoying the breeze and scenery at night. My absolute favorite part was the rooftop open-air swimming pool; the water was clean and odor-free. My stay here was absolutely amazing, highly recommended â you won't be disappointed!
