Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel is practically brand new, having just opened in January. The facilities are excellent, and both the manager and front desk staff are incredibly kind and genuine. The front desk even taught us how to order takeout, though we didn't end up using it in the end – apparently, only Mixue Ice Cream was available at the time. 😂 The manager's recommendation for Khop Chai Deu was absolutely spot on. The hotel pool is a great photo op. Airport transfers are handled by a small minibus.
Of course, the free self-service laundry, a well-known feature of the All Seasons chain, is also available. However, in the evenings, I often saw what were likely freeloaders with two suitcases, three laundry baskets, and occupying three dryer slots – some local residents. I really hope the hotel can manage this better.
GGuest UserI had a really pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the value.
The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling.
The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to.
There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks.
Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious.
The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.

Great
DDody CheungDear Ruby Luxe Hotel Team,I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel in Vientiane.
Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare.
During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated.
Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us.
On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional.
The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding.
Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. We will certainly recommend your hotel to others and look forward to staying with you again in the future.
Warm regards,
II am CThis is a good hotel, but there is no lift in this hotel, i just notice that after i check in. My room is on the fourth floor, and I have to climb it every day up and down.. 😭 The stairs are also very high, more inclined and higher than ordinary stairs.
Breakfast and service were good, and the front desk was friendly.

Very Good
GGuest UserGreat service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.
GGuest UserI've stayed here many times but never got around to writing a review. This time, I wanted to briefly share my experience. Every visit, the service and ambiance are consistently excellent, just as I remember them. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are also very welcoming and always quick to assist with any issues, which is really reassuring. Overall, the quality of service at this hotel has always been great, which is why I keep choosing to stay here.
SSong.9Had a great stay for several nights at the Chinese-style hotel.
The Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. Able to converse in Chinese and minimal english.
The room was spacious, neat and clean, also basic necessities provided and met.
There’s wet market not far from, a fast food restaurant with delicious burger and some home-based stalls with great food and drinks nearby too.
KKegeleyujuluoExcellent! The room was very spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Its central location is super convenient. The breakfast was a highlight! Absolutely fantastic value for money. The hotel also offers parking, so we'll definitely aim to drive here next time for another stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless, really clean. It's super close to the scenic area, and parking is convenient, making it easy to come and go. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay. They have an outdoor pool and a gym, which I used daily for my workout before going for a swim.
