Title: Unbeatable location, but standard has drastically dropped – Won't be back Having been a loyal customer for 10 years, it is disappointing to say I won't be returning. While the location is unbeatable, the breakfast is nice, and the pool area is clean (though very slippery), the overall standard has fallen significantly. The staff remain a highlight. The young Macedonian gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly friendly, and the lady in the Club Lounge—who spoke fluent English, Macedonian, and French—provided great service. Unfortunately, the rooms are run-down, desperately need renovation, and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The Club Lounge was highly disappointing. Beware that even if you pay for access, you can be locked out if they book a private function. When open, the lounge is basic and the food was terrible—we were served raw steak and overcooked chicken. The choice of two wines and beers was adequate, but the food quality ruins it. It is a shame to walk away after a decade, but the lack of comfort and poor food quality means I will look elsewhere next time.

Very nice design hotel, very well equipped, good space distribution in the room. Very good breakfast, friendly personnel although Macedonians tend to be rough

A cute little spot in a nice area. Only thing is no amenities, in a town known for spas. But like know that before you book and go to a different spa.

The location was very good however the kettle lit was broken and bathroom shower was not working .When reported to the Management they said previous customer broke them! Additionally the elivator was not working properly.We wolked 6 floor steps on foot with luggeges...

There is an old street next to the hotel, which is very convenient for walking. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is OK, big enough, and the decoration is average. The breakfast is not very rich. The restaurant is on the 7th floor, and you can see the panoramic view of Macedonia.

I registered my card when I checked in. I arrived at the reception desk at check-out time (a little before 12:00) on May 11, but the receptionist was not there and could not process my check-out. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, an older man appeared and asked me to submit my card again. I told him that I had submitted my card when I checked in, but he still asked me to submit it. He treated me like a boss. When I asked why I had to register it twice, he didn't answer anything and simply told me I could go. I was disappointed with the receptionist's attitude. There was no hospitality whatsoever. In the end, I didn't have to register my card twice. By the way, when I stayed again at the end of May, I wasn't asked to submit my card at all when I checked out. However, while I was waiting, I asked another young male staff member where the bus stop was, and he kindly told me the bus stop and even showed me the timetable. The room was clean, the price was not too expensive, and the location was good. Overall, it was a good hotel.

A clean and beautiful hotel. It's also beautiful. The only problem was live music in the restaurant just below us to midnight. This was unexpected and disturbing for a baby family. In addition, I was very happy about the hotel and its possibilities. They'll also have a right to make a improvement in the parking.

Çok hoş ve temiz bir yer. Biz araç kiraladığımız için konumu çok iyiydi. Merkeze 5 dk içinde ulaştık. İçeride ihtiyaç olan hemen hemen her şey var. Bardak, tencere,kaşık, çatal, kettle, ocak ve mikrodalga. Teşekkür ederiz :)
