Cameron Highlands Hotels with Free Parking.

I booked the bunker bed for one night in mixed gender dorm. The location is great. Right next to the Cameron Highland clock tower thingy. It was clean and had a dedicated fan which was really good to have. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything smelled good. There was enough luggage storage space available and a personal safe/locker as well (included in the booking). Dining area, waiting lounge, kitchen and toilets were up to the mark for me (considering it’s a budget stay). Nothing super fancy but, all I wanted was a good night sleep before next day. Hotel staff is super easy on you. You can find food or anything easily and it’s just a short walk away. Just two things I’d like to suggest: 1. Using toilet barefoot isn’t my thing. Having a pair of slippers would’ve been great. 2. I didn’t bring any personal towel with me cuz normally hotel provides them but they didn’t.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel. It's located right in the town of Tanah Rata in Cameron Highlands. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall, convenience stores, cafes, and plenty of restaurants. There are also pharmacies, banks, and a night market nearby. We rented a two-bedroom, one-living room suite. The living room and the small bedroom both have ceiling fans. However, the master bedroom only provides an old, noisy standing fan that's impossible to sleep with when it's on. I've reported this issue to the hotel several times during previous stays, but it still hasn't been addressed. A standing fan doesn't cost much; they really need to replace it, otherwise, it's truly a torment. The soundproofing in the room isn't great either; you can hear conversations from the living room clearly. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of choices. Free parking is available.

The room is large, suitable for our group of 4. It comes with complete cooking utensils. Just a heads up, since they are used items, the frying pan burns easily. The TV isn't a smart TV, it has Astro (satellite TV). The bathroom is big with a bathtub, but the bathtub doesn't have a jacuzzi function, and there was a lot of dust coming out from under the bathtub after cleaning it. Forks, spoons, and cups are all provided, and there's a microwave and fridge. The microwave was broken during my visit and was only replaced on the day we checked out, so we didn't get to use it. They provided 4 towels and didn't replace them. There's also a small lift, making it easy to load luggage. FYI, the owner lives downstairs and is Indian.

It’s the kind of place that makes you linger, reluctant to leave, perfect for unwinding and escaping the bustle of city life.

Although the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained. The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic. We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned. In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage. I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit. Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable.

Its nice view but upon check in at 6pm, the bedsheets is dirty and i had to wait more than 30mins for the staff to ocme and change to new one. The sink are not functioning well, leaking. The wall of the bathroom is very dirty and mushy. Lucky i only stay for 1night.

Hotel Brynton is an ideal choice for the business traveler or the short-stay urbanite who prioritizes location, cleanliness, and proximity to infrastructure over onsite resort-style amenities. However, for travelers expecting a full-service experience—or those looking for a ”resort” feel to justify a higher budget—the current lack of facilities creates a perception of an inflated price tag. It is a property that succeeds on its geography but leaves room for improvement in its value-add services.

Strategic location, suitable for a solo traveller like me, i just park my car there, and walk to few tourist attractions.

The location is very strategic and convenient. However, cleanliness could be improved as it felt somewhat unhygienic. There were also no basic cooking facilities like a rice cooker or pot provided. Overall, the experience was just okay.

Pros: - Spacious and comfortable room. - There's a balcony with an outdoor view. - The view from the room is satisfying. - Shops, supermarkets, and many attractions are close to the hotel, easily accessible on foot. Cons: - The reception operates only until 11:30 PM. - If there's a room issue after 11:30 PM, it's very difficult to get assistance. - The hotel reception is located in the apartment block. You have to walk to request a free TNG card. - If you lose your room card, a fine of RM100 is imposed. This is more expensive than a 5-star hotel. This hotel is very strange. - The hotel price is like a 4-5 star hotel, but the breakfast provided is very limited and scarce. The food is like a 2-star hotel. - The toilet has an unpleasant smell. - The staff are quite arrogant when serving customers.
