AAnonymous UserThe host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one.
This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

JJesslynNgWe booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance.
Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room.
However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room.
The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise.
Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

GGuest UserOverall, everything was lovely and comfortable. For solo travelers like me, it's definitely worth it, especially having a private bathroom instead of a shared one. The only minor issue was when I checked in; the floor was a bit sticky, perhaps not mopped thoroughly.

Wwanderwithzoegreeted by friendly staff from the hotel. hotel lobby is very big and simple, yet has everything you need. coffee machine, space to sit, vending machine, water dispenser. if you need hair dryer, do get it from the receptionist. there is a billard table for leisure and saw a few kids playing with it. lobby environment is v conducive for work too.
hotel room has a king size bed. style is modern. toilet style is a bit different but is clean and functional.
overall, i am satisfied with my stay as it is very near to big malls like aeon and toppen. it is also near to mount austin.

They aren't afraid to defy conventional rules when a situation calls for it, proactively taking things into their own hands to ensure the guest experience is absolutely seamless. It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. GGuest UserLocation is very near to tebrau highway, which is very accessible to Mid Valley (South Key), town area, mt austin, highway to Johor Premium Outlet. There is also a Korean restaurant right at the pool level. Right beside Ponderosa Golf Course (great stay for golfers). Checking in & out is also very accessible and convenient. However i think the cleanliness is a little poor. Floor were dusty when we enter.
