The room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The spacious table was perfect for attending online meetings and provided a great workspace. The lighting was bright and well-designed, making it comfortable to work throughout my stay.

I spent two nights leisurely exploring Puter Jaya before leaving Kuala Lumpur. I chose this place because it was close to the Puter Jaya Sentral Airport Rail Link Station, and it was as comfortable as a homestay. Best of all, the owner was incredibly friendly and gave me a water taxi trip guide, so I even took a boat ride to see the Pink Mosque. It's close to the train station, making it a great place to stay before heading into Kuala Lumpur from the airport, or when leaving Kuala Lumpur. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is a great option. I had an early flight, and the owner dropped me off at the train station early in the morning, which was a huge plus. I hope you stay healthy and I'll visit you again when I return. ^^

Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings. We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! The facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing swimming pool. The breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. Overall, Mercure Living Putrajaya offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting Putrajaya.

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel's overall environment was clean and comfortable, the room was spacious and bright, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The bed was also very comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. A very short work trip to the federal state. Arrived at midnight and greeted with a smooth and quick check in process. Within less than 5 minutes after stepping into the lobby, I already in my room enjoying refreshing shower. Room is spacious and the bathroom is with tubs. Basic amenities as usual. There's a corridor for view Breakfast was good, more of local cuisines with some option of western dishes. Gym is good enough for simple full body workout or treadmill run. Pool has nice view. View and location is the highlight. Located on a hill with nice view. Secret Garden Putrajaya is within walking distance, local attraction to enjoy Strategic stay if you are attending official government event/meeting in nearby ministry or agency headquarters

Had a business occasion at Maeps Serdang, stumbled across all time fav hotel in Putrajaya for me, their service in excellent! Room? Merticulate, had a pleasant yet comfortable stay at Dorsett Putrajaya. Looking foward to stay again at this premise!

I had high expectations for my stay at Zenith Putrajaya, especially considering its 5-star rating, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Firstly, the room cleanliness did not meet the standard expected for a 5-star hotel. The rubbish bin in the room did not even have a garbage bag, which gave a poor first impression. The toilet was also clogged, making it inconvenient to use. The most frustrating experience was when the digital door lock battery ran out. I had to wait approximately 20 minutes for the maintenance team to arrive before I could access my room. While I understand technical issues can happen, I expected a much faster response from a hotel of this category. Breakfast was another letdown. The variety and quality did not reflect a 5-star hotel experience. Most concerning, yogurt that appeared to be expired was still being served to guests. This is a serious issue as food safety should never be compromised. Overall, this stay fell far below the standards I expected from a 5-star hotel. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves housekeeping, maintenance response times, breakfast quality, and food safety. At the current standard, I would hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

The hotel's location is extremely strategic, making it easy to find food and buy groceries. The front desk staff are excellent and helpful. Rooms are only cleaned upon daily request. The air conditioning functions minimally, and the room feels a bit warm (this has been my experience several times staying here).
