MM735598****The room was clean and the waiters were very diligent. Miss Wang Rui at the front desk was very enthusiastic and super good. I must give a big praise. There is also an advantage that must be said. They help wash clothes very fast and the whole is very good. I will come to live next time.

TTammy EjimaduHotel is immaculate. Staff is extremely friendly and respectful. All inclusive hotel with 3 meals a day and free bottled water. Restaurant has amazing food if you want that instead of the free Buffett. Rooms are extremely clean. Halls and reception is extremely clean. Water view outside restaurant is beautiful. Pool is a plus. Only thing I would change is the 2 steps off the elevator. Very easy to slip and fall on.

From the moment I arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Every query or request I had was handled promptly and with genuine care, which made my stay stress-free and enjoyable.
The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

ZZwajeThe hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered .

SSamkelisiwe Pamella NokwenzaIt’s a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated.
We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm.
Decent hotel for airport transfers.
