"FRAUDULENT HOTEL Do not book nor stay, the hotel used to be grand Hyatt but taken over by the new owners of Chinese origin. The room I booked was filthy, bathrooms was filthy and stained. The mattress was fake, bedspread was off white, it has seen better days. I have to check out when one of the owners came and started demanding for extra money of $20 per day even though entire total has already been paid. Comfort of guest is compromised and that moment left and went looking for alternative accommodation."
