"The room is quite spacious and clean. The service here is also very thoughtful, and everyone is exceptionally friendly. The three meals provided daily are also quite delicious. On the first floor, there are two Labradors who can join you for meals – the best dining companions! The hotel also offers a car rental service, which is a nice touch."

"This hotel was absolutely awful. The rooms were small, outdated, dirty and smelt of damp air. There was no toilet seat in one of the rooms. The rim of the toilet basin was left exposed . There was rusty water dripping on the towels . Every time we went to have our food in the dining room there would be other guests smoking at the tables . The food was limited , there would be rice and noodles for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Because of all the wonderful reviews this hotel received , we had booked it for 19 days, but we left 2 days later. There is no way this hotel can be classified as a five star hotel!!!!!"
