KKekekinkyThe room was very clean, and the service was excellent. Because we arrived early, the front desk checked and allowed us to check in ahead of time. The location is fantastic; there's a shopping area downstairs, making shopping and transportation extremely convenient. The fish market is less than a 10-minute walk away. Overall, a very good hotel.

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay in Bergen at the Bergen Bors Hotel! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at reception, breakfast and in the Fresco Hallen restaurant - excellent food. Great room; clean, with super facilities and cleaning services. Room was quiet, with great mattresses, duvets and pillows. Location of hotel is amazing, and could easily explore great sights in Bergen on foot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and definitely planning return visit - thank you!!

CChiendeThe location is excellent, just 240 meters from the Avis downtown car rental, making it ideal for anyone planning to pick up a rental car. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the heated bathroom is a fantastic feature! Check-in is self-service with no staff at the front desk. However, I encountered a small issue upon arrival, and I'm incredibly grateful to a tall male hotel staff member for his enthusiastic assistance. The service was truly five-star, and I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Bergen.

MM6170****My evening flight was suddenly canceled, leaving me stranded at the airport. By the time I sorted things out, it was already past midnight. Thankfully, there was a hotel so close to the airport, and it was really nice with a great breakfast. Thank goodness, highly recommend! 👍

You can see the hotel when the plane lands at the airport, which is very suitable for people who want to rest or catch a flight. Also because of the geographical location, the room is relatively compact, the breakfast is very good and rich. This time I also booked this hotel for my return trip. The superior room is close to the view of the airport. It is very safe to catch a flight.

KKit manFor a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.

They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it!
Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.
I think most rooms can see the pier view.
The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me.
Food: free breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more.
Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰ ｰ;)
Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use).
very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station.
By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

GGuest UserRoom is clean and quiet. The bathroom is good size and the water pressure is very strong. Their breakfast has a wide varieties and good quality. I love the nespresso machine there.

Hygiene: Cleaned every day, towels and bedding are relatively clean
Environment: Downtown, some noise from the street at night is acceptable.
There was also a fire alarm, everyone went downstairs, but no hotel staff explained the reason, and there was no staff
Service: There is no front desk, you need to check in by yourself or go to the front desk of the chain hotel 200 meters away, which is inconvenient. Checking in at midnight may be troublesome
