Great
LLamService was great and the manager tried very hard to help. However, amenities and maintenance need a complete overhaul. Drainage system was malfunctioning, lift was not not working sometimes. No hot water in the morning, if you wanna to a shower in the morning, forget it.
朱朱Very good living experience. First of all, the location is very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Sun Temple without turning around. The facade is ordinary but the rooms are very clean, with separate bathrooms, similar to the design of youth hostels, which makes the price/performance ratio quite high. Especially the hot water is very good. It is too comfortable to take a shower after a day of play. Unfortunately, there is no sofa in the room. The owner may want to chat together in the common room on the first floor.
The most worth mentioning is that the owner and his wife are very nice, warm and considerate, and communicate in both English and Spanish. I am very relieved and comfortable living there.
Pure hand-playing, five-star recommendation
BBenny0115Originally speaking, the pick-up service has become a paid service of 50 soles. If you refuse decisively, you will be able to call a taxi for 30 soles at the airport. Breakfast is also traditional western style.
FFat fat pugThis is a relatively old hotel in Cusco. When I checked in, the clerk said that he would upgrade me to a larger room for free, and there was a bell boy in the hotel to help me carry my luggage. The hotel's service is good. During breakfast, there was a dedicated person who fried a double egg for me and provided me with other fruits and bread. When I left the hotel and wanted to go to the long-distance bus station, the waiter was willing to call a taxi for me. They were willing to help me carry my luggage to the car, but the location of the hotel has a slope on one side. If I want to go to the laundry and eat pizza at the restaurant by myself, I have to walk on a slope.
Kkaren.with.a.cat20 mins walk from Plaza del Armas but the upside is that the area is relatively quiet (or at least the soundproofing of the room is decent). Breakfast is set and catered to your room. For light sleepers like me, the sound of water flushing in the pipes can be quite loud in the middle of the night. Generally ok for the price.
GGuest UserIt's about 15 minutes' walk from the city center to the commercial street. The service is very considerate, the breakfast is also OK, and the price-performance ratio is good. The only thing is that the room has no window for natural light.
AAnonymous UserThe staff members are friendly when you see them, but two problems I encountered: the intro page of the hotel says it has a 24-hour front desk but it doesn’t! One night I finished drinking with friends and returned to the hotel at 12:25, the main door was locked, I called and knocked for 15 mins and no one replied - worse still I have a 4:30am pick up for Machu Piccu tour the following morning and I couldn’t change my clothes, charge my phone or bring anything with me because they just wouldn’t open the door! I couldn’t book another hotel either because any booking of the day only allows check in at 11am. I ended up sleeping in the sofa of a nearby hotel Prisma Hotel who was fully booked but kindly let me stay a night at their lobby.
Another thing was - the hotel room lock was shady and it became unlocked automatically sometimes.
It’s not somewhere you feel you can trust.
MMihaela DanielaGreat location ( walking distance from Plaza de Armas), great breakfast! And the staff was great! Will came back to this hotel in the future!
DDamjanThe best hotel I have ever seen. Friendly people, friendly service, quiet location and great breakfast thanks to Mrs. Carina; they also always give good information. Thank you for everything and may God always take care of you! Damian from Germany
