Hotel location is OK, there are shopping malls around, the front desk is very warm The room is clean, the facilities are old, the overall is good The surrounding environment is good, very quiet, and the quality of sleep is good.

I had a very unpleasant incident with the Head of Customer service Mr. Ilgiz. I have got a call at 10 am in the morning and was told to immediately leave the room. The explanation was very inaudible saying something like: we have to clean your suite as will need to show your room to some visitors coming at 12.00. I have a feeling that the guy had difficulties speaking Russian or English as he failed to explain details and kept urging me to leave the room immediately. In return I was offered to ”immediately move to De-Lux suite” that made absolutely no sense taking into account that I was to check out in couple of hours. A terrible service example for Crowne Plaza brand. I am an IHG Platinum member and stayed in numerous Crowne Plazas worldwide, so it's the first example how a good location and cleanliness of the Hotel can be easily ruined by a single wrong person on the stuff.

A great hotel in the city centre, clean, comfortable, but there is one important moment, it 's noise from the street, brainless street riders with screaming music, sharp racing, motorcycles. It is a pity that local authorities and administration are not fighting this phenomenon, although installing cameras and lying police officers on the road. It is impossible to sleep at night with open window, constant noise. Windows were on the street. The second time I will not come precisely because of the noise from the street. Therefore, the central position seems to give a minus.

房間設施稍微舊一些，位置不錯，附近有中餐廳，越南餐廳，特別是越南餐廳的蛋炒飯非常好吃，酒店對面就是超市，非常方便。

The location is convenient, near shops (i.e. 24-hour), pharmacy and so on. Near the center. The room itself is clean and light. A little uncomfortable standing table to bed, tight, but generally normal if you don't work at the table. The only shortcoming is the morning repair with drill in the nearby room with 9-10 morning. Discussed with the administrator, returned half the money, the problem solved, the service is good in this plan.

When I went there, two excavators at the door were working. They were dirty and messy. At present, the first floor has become a 24-hour pharmacy. The hotel entered from the side door, which was a bit shabby. The restaurant was on the second floor and it was the cleanest place I think of this hotel. The room is old and the sanitary conditions are average. Generally not recommended

Parking is very convenient, the hotel's internal aisle is very wide, and the layout design is very comfortable.
