GGuest UserMy stay at the Scandinavian Crown Hotel was a wonderful experience! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the central station, a godsend for travelers with luggage. Whether you're taking the train to the airport or visiting the city's main attractions, everything is easily within walking distance.
The lobby is designed in a minimalist Scandinavian style, spacious and bright, with a very chic social space. Our room, while not particularly large, was impeccably clean, and the bed was the perfect firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The windows were also well-insulated, so despite being near the station, it wasn't noisy at all.
If you're looking for a hotel that's conveniently located, offers great value, and is comfortable, the Scandinavian Crown Hotel is definitely a great choice!

GGuest UserThe hotel was exceptionally clean and organized. They have several great amenities like a sauna & luggage storage for the day (even after you check out). Not far from anything and in a great location. The staff all speak great English and were incredibly friendly! Breakfast was traditionally Swedish with lots to choose from and easy for anyone to find something enjoyable.

GGuest UserExtremely well located in the centre of Gothenburg, directly opposite the central railway station, and the departure point of the airport bus. Nice restaurant and bar. Size of the room average but great to relax on the soft comfortable bed. Breakfast was very welcome and a good selection of Scandinavian offerings. Just nearby to a shopping mall so OK for essentials / fast food.
It is also within a short distance (5 mins walk) of the Botanical Gardens which had a colourful and varied array of horticulture - great for a walk and a bit of exercise after your flight.

Last year, the hotel underwent renovations and changed its name, but it's still as comfortable as ever. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining and drinking options right downstairs, and you can easily walk to most places in the city. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

YYaopsLove the location which is at the heart of the city. Located directly next to a tram/bus station made travelling so much easier too!
Bonus: It’s next to a pier which means great views to start the day and end the night!

AAnonymous Usercomfortable hostel to stay in, shared toilets (gender is not differentiated) are clean and well maintained. linens are provided and room/quilt was sufficiently warm during my stay in winter. downside is it’s quite a walk from the nearest tram stop and that there are no lifts so be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. overall accommodation was cosy and i’ll come back! kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, electric stove, cutleries and plates etc.

GGrace-zhouOn a business trip, it was very cold and it was a weekend. The hotel reception was very enthusiastic and helped us to move our luggage, especially the first floor small bar and the cake after 4 o'clock was very good and intimate. Breakfast is also very rich, will come again next time...
