Outstanding
GGuest UserRooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect.
Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good.
Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved.

CC5 RoamingThe resort location is just excllent. The whole resort occupied the best location of conjunction between beach and river. So fatastic to walk around the river month and beach. Beach water is clear, and even good sakat boat free for travel.
The most special room type is canal view family, which can only be booked from officiial web. Garden view family room booked from Trip.com is also good, if you are lucky you may have have to river view. I hope next time I can get canal view room from trip.com.
Food is execllent for asian. Free drInks and toast are nice.
Overall very nice experience.

И это нас заселил в домик хеллоу Китти . Он реально ля весь розовый ! Аренда байка у хозяина дорогая в плане того что мот уставший а стоит как хороший новый . Но до аренды далеко топать. Ну а так хорошее место ,тихое ,деревня прям )

EEvgenia K.Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We chose this hotel because we liked its location - close to Bang Bao Beach, but at an affordable price. For ease of movement around the island, the hotel staff offered us a good motorbike without any deposit. The owner of the hotel, Jay, is generally a very attentive and welcoming host, ready to help with any issue. He told us about interesting places on the island that are worth visiting, where to eat, and even where is the best place on the island to watch the sunset. At our request, Jay arranged our return transfer to Bangkok via speedboat and private comfortable car. The room we lived in was large, very bright and stylishly decorated. The bed is large, with a comfortable mattress, plenty of pillows and snow-white bed linen. The air conditioner is modern, not noisy, and quickly cooled a fairly large room. From the room there is access to a small terrace with a tea table and a view of the garden, there is a clothes dryer. The room has a modern TV with smart TV function and Internet access. The bathroom is spacious, the instantaneous water heater worked well, and there are personal hygiene items. Beach towels and a mat are provided for guests to relax on the beach. Upon check-in, guests will receive a compliment from the hotel. We had a great time at the hotel and would love to come back again, Thanks Jay 🙏

KKarinaKDSimply a great place! The beach is clean, the pier is beautiful, and there are no rocks at all. Breakfast is a buffet, and the bungalows are clean. Insects weren't an issue. My only request is to move the roosters further away from the hotel... they crow every minute – it's impossible to sleep!

The location is good, but you can hear the traffic on the street. Reception speaks almost no English. The terrace is very nice. Stuffy bungalow, hard mattress, no place to hang anything, large bathroom and at night we had a small snake in the bathroom! The employee we called came without a hook and therefore couldn't remove the snake. It disappeared behind the wall paneling and the employee walked away laughing!
We were scared all night!!

GGuest UserThere is a period when the water does not flow. After we played the waterfall There is no notice of the guests in advance. When the water does not flow, we can't contact the hotel as well. Called no one to pick up and didn't call back. Breakfast is a choice. But give very little Garlic Pork Rice is not full at all, the pan egg is also very small, even if you give 2 eggs. (According to the picture) The canal water at the back is beautifully painted. But different from in the review photos on Facebook is Quite rubbish Starting a bit A little bit The cat at the hotel is cute. But when eating The cat is a bit threatening. Knocked our shirt too Must call the staff to have someone interested in taking the cat out. Overall, not stamped Staff service mind
