Mae Sai Hotels with Free Parking.

Very spacious room with balcony kitchen and 2 washrooms. The room was very elegant modern and extremely clean. The Balcony had amazing views of mountains and the valley below. We have enjoyed our stay and we will be back again to this resort anytime we are in Mae Sai

My family and I recently spent four nights at your hotel for some quality bonding time. Initially, I considered relocating due to the distance from downtown. However, during our stay, we found the location to be peaceful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the spacious swimming pool. Our family had a fantastic stay, and my parents, in particular, expressed their desire to return again. Despite the distance from downtown, we appreciated the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

We are a group of my family and a few friends and booked 3 cabins during this stay. They were perfect. Clean, quiet, and in the cutest little neighborhood layout. This is the second time I've stayed here and will most definitely atay again. The only issue noticed were ants starting to infest one of the buildings

I got the King room with a view. The toom was nice and big and light, and had a good feel to it. Water and snacks were free. The room was also nice and clean. The location was ok. About 5 minutes drive from the border with Myanmar or 40 minutes walk. It was nice to wake up to the sound of birds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

I think it's not smart decision to make rooms without windows. I didn't notice this when I was booking so it seems like my mistake. No fresh air, conditioner can make air cooler but can't bring new oxygen. In fact there is a window, but ”brilliantly” designed without ability to open. Otherwise room is ok, but I can't it's hard to perceive it as comfortable stay without opportunity to breathe normally. You can order food from hotel.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Very nice hosts, easy to communicate. The room looked and felt like it was renovated yesterday. Super clean, incredible private balcony with an AMAZING view of the mountains! Breakfast each morning was substantial, delicious and varied with excellent coffee. My hosts were always reachable and ready to help with any local frictions and advice. I will definitely be coming back in the future

This hotel is located a little ways from Mae Sai. It's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but if you do, it's a good idea to use it. I got the impression that many Thai people come for the restaurant, which is open until 10pm, and the pool. It perfectly captures the image of a resort in a place like this. There's an ATM at the entrance to the premises, and if you use the restaurant, you get a discount on the pool, which was surprising. So I extended my stay from my planned one night. Both the pool and restaurant are open until 10pm. When there are a lot of guests, guests can choose between a buffet breakfast, and when there are few guests, a plate breakfast. This time, if you stay on Friday, you get a buffet the next day, and if you stay on Saturday, you get a plate breakfast on Sunday morning.

Friends were not very happy, overall it is livable, the place is right on the border with Byanmar. They said that the water pressure was poor.

I’m very satisfied with service. When I change another room as of noisy, the attendant gave the room is a little bit lower grade. As an apology and inconvenience the manager gave us free breakfast for two days. Thank you so much. The restaurant attach to the hotel is great too.
