A great hotel with consistently high standards. I’ve stayed here many times, and the experience has always been excellent. The rooms are comfortable, the beds provide a great night's sleep, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. 🛏️🚿 The soap smells wonderful, which is a nice touch, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of quality options. 🍳☕️ Most importantly, the service is outstanding. The staff are professional, attentive, and consistently provide a warm and pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant 8-night stay and would happily come back. The room was bright, clean, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. During our 8 days, we received fresh towels three times, and when we kindly asked if the bed sheets could be changed, the staff happily took care of it. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. The hotel staff and owners are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always made us feel comfortable and were genuinely caring throughout our stay. The view from the room is pleasant both during the day and at night. It is also a quiet room overall. The only occasional disturbance was some construction work early in the morning on one or two days, but it wasn't a major issue. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. We especially appreciated that it includes a cleaning/anti-mold function, as we've had unpleasant experiences with moldy-smelling air conditioners in other hotels (like) before. The location is excellent. Directly across the street is a huge shopping center with a large Lotus's supermarket and many other well-known stores. It is also only about a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. Services like Grab (Taxi, Food, and Mart), iDrive, LINEMAN, as well as the 7-Eleven and Lotus's apps all worked perfectly from this location, making it very convenient. The only downside during our stay was the Wi-Fi on the 6th floor. The signal was already weak in our room, and during the last three or four days it unfortunately stopped working completely. Thankfully, we had a True SIM card with mobile data, so we were still able to browse the internet and even stream movies without any problems. The lobby also offers drinks and snacks for purchase. Prices are only slightly higher than in the supermarket. As a small suggestion rather than criticism, it could be a nice bonus if these were offered at supermarket prices, as some hotels do. It would be a lovely way to stand out even more and add extra value for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My experience at this hotel is very good in term of cleanliness,location and service ,it's quite near the railway station and UD nigth 's mkt even Central Dept is walkable.The attractive place is around there and massage shop is albg the walk way.

Nice hotel have pool friendly staff we changed rooms and was no problem and no extra cost we even got a bigger room good hotel

This hotel is a small-medium size in Morocco style, quite unique! The decoration is beautiful, especially , if you love photo taking. May be because of the style decoration, so it is hard to clean the room in every detail, so some dirt may be found. We stayed 2 nights during the time there was a big group of seminar guests, which leaded to the quality of tap water is not good at all that I felt. However, the staff at the front are service minded.

Second time I have stayed here and will stay again when in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful if needed. Location is perfect for the nightlife and restaurants and the Central Mall and night markets for all your shopping. Highly recommend

During my visit, the key was location and value. The latter was terrific. The hotel is extraordinarily convenient and a short walk to Central Plaza. Even though it’s on a main street, rooms (moderate size ) in the back of the hotel are remarkably quiet. The rooftop pool (7th fl) is accessible only by a long climb up two sets of stairs. The exercise room is small and in need of renovation.

For me, the hotel is perfect. The receptionist at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The location of the hotel is good. Overall, perfect and very satisfying. Thank you! 😊

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found the location to be very convenient. It’s within walking distance to the bus terminal and Central shopping mall, which made getting around super easy. The hotel also has good parking space, which is a plus for those traveling by car. The room was clean and tidy, but there were a few downsides. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a hassle. The amenities provided were very minimal — just two bottles of water and two small bars of soap. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. One thing to note is that when you check in, you need to leave a 100 baht cash deposit for the key. You’ll get it back when you check out, but it’s something to keep in mind. The staff didn’t seem to speak much English and weren’t particularly friendly, which made communication a little difficult. Overall, the location and cleanliness were good, but the lack of basic amenities and service left something to be desired.
