Udon Thani Hotels with Wifi

"The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent, speaking politely and offering great advice. There were plenty of activities for kids, like coloring. The security guard was also very helpful with parking."

"B2 is my absolute favorite! I always choose B2 whenever I travel. It offers great value for money, comfortable accommodations, and overall convenience. This was my first stay at this particular branch, and it was fantastic – it's newly opened, and I had such a good night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service, which I really appreciate. Plus, this branch is beautifully designed, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious."

"We came as family and booked our rooms (2 rooms with king bed) through trip.com. The hotel is quite relatively new and clean. However the service needs some improvements. When we got to the hotel, we asked if we could have our rooms near by each other as we travelled with small kids. The front desk told us that they are full and only have twin bed room which is connecting to the one bed room. However, we asked if the twins bed could be put together and if the hotel can use the blanket to over the bed so that the separation is covered and easy to sleep, but they said no they can only push the beds together and that was it. To us that was not helpful in my view. They can at least offer extra blanket which we can do it ourselves. We got one room on 3rd and one on 5th floor. We found that the hallway of the 5th floor had very strong smell (not sure what it was, but it smelled very strong like some sort of chemical). When reported to the front desk, she noted, but nothing seemed to happened as we could still smell it on the second day. The room on the 3rd floor (318) the AC was leaking and the water was all over the floor. Our son was running and almost fall over, but luckily he held on the wall and didn't tip over. We called the hotel and asked if they can send someone. The hotel staff came and fixed it, but still the AC still leaked the next day (see photos). I also asked the mechanic to check the smell on the 5th floor. It seemed what they did was to spray it with some air freshener to cover the smell. So i finally asked if we could move to the same floor even if it was a twin-beds room. It would be good if the hotel guard could help their guests when driving out to the street as sometimes when the cars are parked near the exit/entrance, we couldn't see the car coming very well, and this could be a road safety issue. Also when there is a heavy traffic, the hotel guard could help their guests to get in and out by stopping the car or asking the car to not block the entrance/exit. I found that the housekeepers were the most helpful staff at this hotel. They were genuinely kind and helpful. I wish the front desk could be a bit more genuine (without giving their guests the 'look”, but instead offer some support and help or alternatives. We want express our thanks to the housekeeper and the mechanic for their helpful service throughout our stay despite the issues that we faced during our stay."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations overall. Its location is fantastic, within walking distance to shopping areas and convenience stores, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. All the facilities were well-maintained and fully equipped. The staff were friendly, and the price was excellent. Highly recommended!"

"The welcome mango juice was a stylish touch and really lifted my spirits. The room was clean, and the water pressure was perfectly fine. Breakfast was a buffet with a great variety, including salads, Thai dishes, kuay tiao, and mango sticky rice, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I didn't have time this trip, but the pool and gym were clean, so I'll definitely use them next time. We traveled by car, but I wonder if the location might be inconvenient without one? The parking lot was very spacious and could accommodate many cars. There were plenty of shops within walking distance of the hotel, including several Japanese and Korean restaurants, so I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. If I have another chance to visit Udon Thani, I'll definitely stay at Napalai Hotel again."

"The hotel itself is really beautiful, clean, and perfect for photos. The location is also ideal. That’s basically all when it comes to the positives. As for the negatives: when I arrived in the late afternoon, I was given a room facing the street. It honestly felt like the walls were made of paper — I could hear everything as if I were standing outside. I asked to change rooms and, without any problem, was given another one on the opposite side of the building. Unfortunately, that side was even louder. It faces restaurants, and in one of them the music was so loud that I could literally hear every word in my room. The music only stopped around 1 a.m., and this was in the middle of the week. I don’t even want to imagine how long it goes on during weekends. It was terrible — sleeping was basically impossible. The same applies to noise from the hallway. Any time someone was there, everything could be heard clearly inside the room, as if the doors were also made of paper. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a very limited selection. I’d rate it about 3 out of 5. To sum up: if you’re looking for a nice, clean hotel in a great location, this is a perfect choice. But if you’re looking for a place where you can actually relax and rest, this is not the hotel for you."

"It was really clean, and the bed was amazing. It was also next to the airport and has a free shuttle. The breakfast was good also. In case you need to fly the next day. I would definetly recommen"

"One of the best value-for-money hotels in Udon Thani. There are promotions available quite often, making the stay even more worthwhile. The room itself is clean and comfortable, with a good shower. There is a slight smell in the room, but it’s not a big issue considering the price point. The sleep quality here is still excellent. The breakfast is definitely one of the highlights. If you enjoy local Thai food, you’ll love it here. There’s a wide variety of choices, and the menu doesn’t feel repetitive even for repeat stays. Highly recommended."

"Not sure what was up with the a/c but I had to phone reception each time I returned to my room to turn it back on Maybe they save power im not sure Was kind of annoying Swimming pool was A POOL not a single banana lounge or staff in sight cleaners were all over it came sprinting to my room with my laundry when she spotted me 'bless' Requested a queen bed received two singles pushed together Language barrier was difficult at front counter they had a good heart they just weren't fluent with any English nor can I speak thai so I guess it works both ways in a foreign country Bathroom was nice enough drain was semi blocked with was a bit annoying Would I stay again -if I really had to i would the price was cheap enough but im sure there are better hotels in the area"
