GGuest UserThe hotel is magically decorated for the New Year. The food is very fresh and varied, and the dessert buffet is impressive in its size. Access to the park is free for hotel guests. Request a room in the right wing or above the third floor for a fantastic view of the castle and evening performances.

lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy
no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed
other facilities were convenient.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel itself was great, everything was well maintained, we had in total 4 rooms and the kids had an amazing time throughout the week. The atmosphere and facilities really made it an enjoyable holiday for us.
The only aspect that fell short was the food. Having stayed at several 5-star all-inclusive hotels before, we were expecting a higher standard and more variety. Unfortunately, the buffet felt quite repetitive over the week. We especially missed the traditional Turkish charcoal-grilled dishes such as Adana kebab, Urfa, lamb shish, and chicken shish, as well as items like içli köfte, which would have really elevated the dining experience.
This feedback is shared with the intention of helping improve what is otherwise a fantastic hotel. We truly loved our stay and would happily return if the food offering was enhanced.

GGarySuperb hotel. Friendly staff looking after your every need. Room cleaned and restocked daily. Large rooms with everything you need taken care of. Lots of bars and restaurants. Superb selection of food and drinks. Great pool area and beach right outside hotel. Absolutely terrific experience and I would highly recommend.

VValeriy ZHotel is very large, beautiful landscape design. Style in the form of ancient ruins, it is matched even by steps, fountains, different clubs. Everything is thoughtful.
When the settlement is very pleasant staff, there are also guest relations. If there are difficulties and questions, they help.
Food is great! You can eat and dinner at the main restaurant, you can be on the beach. Choosing dishes wide, beef, red fish, chicken, children's table. Fruit, sweets.
The staff is so friendly and pleasant to interact with them. The rooms are clean, no excess. There is a filled mini bar in the room.

UuguritoThe food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

My child thinks it is the best place she has ever played abroad, better than Bali, Indonesia. There are also shortcomings. Some people at the front desk are not proactive in service. For example, the front desk on duty in the afternoon of July 12 did not explain how to use the wifi, but this is just a few cases. The overall service of the hotel is satisfactory.

In the room, the insulated carpet and slippers and coats are not provided. The safe is 3 euro day, we didn't take. Towel 1 euro day for rent, too. Since the beginning of May the Swedish table was absent. But hungry never left. What gave, then eat. Not comfortable and much was just thrown out because we didn't eat it. Tea and coffee machine and a heavily diluted lemonade in free access from morning to 22:00. Also from 17 to 18 snack-cookies. The sea is close in five minutes, calm without waves, swim. The pool on the territory with a mountain is very small and cold. In general, for such money is not a bad turbine on the sea. The tourists were few. But this village is to go somewhere to have fun, next to the bus stop. They went to Belek and Legend Park, I liked it very much.
