Anonymous UserFacilities: The hotel's most attractive features are the water park and theme park, enough to keep kids entertained for a week. Even during the Easter holiday, there were hardly any queues for any of the attractions, making for a fantastic experience. Some of the video game equipment was broken and needed repair or replacement. However, the rooms were exceptionally well-maintained; the carpets and sofas were spotless, unlike many hotels that have been open for years. The cleanliness was outstanding, giving both children and adults peace of mind.
Cleanliness: The most commendable aspect was the impeccable cleaning of the rooms, carpets, and sofas. The bedding was comfortable, and the towels were of good quality.
Environment: The hotel offers shopping, leisure, and entertainment options, truly providing a one-stop service for travelers.
Service: The service was standard; nothing particularly outstanding or bad.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel itself was great, everything was well maintained, we had in total 4 rooms and the kids had an amazing time throughout the week. The atmosphere and facilities really made it an enjoyable holiday for us.
The only aspect that fell short was the food. Having stayed at several 5-star all-inclusive hotels before, we were expecting a higher standard and more variety. Unfortunately, the buffet felt quite repetitive over the week. We especially missed the traditional Turkish charcoal-grilled dishes such as Adana kebab, Urfa, lamb shish, and chicken shish, as well as items like içli köfte, which would have really elevated the dining experience.
This feedback is shared with the intention of helping improve what is otherwise a fantastic hotel. We truly loved our stay and would happily return if the food offering was enhanced.

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed.
However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to.
Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay.
During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area.
On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience.
There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard.
Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.

For this price, a room with direct pool access and a private sun terrace – this is a really good hotel.
**Location**: 2.5 km from the sea, but there's a shuttle every 30 minutes. I didn't go to the beach as it was still too cold for me to swim. My goal was just to sunbathe).
I really liked the idea of separate zones for families and adults. I saw them denying entry to guests with children in the adult section, which is great. It's quiet there, no music, just perfect.
Near the hotel, there are pharmacies, a Migros supermarket, and Land of Legends is a 15-minute walk away. A taxi is 10 euros one way, but walking is better.
**Room**: The room is simple but modern. However, the toilet smelled of cat urine, and the smell wasn't removed. I wasn't moved to another room. A bathrobe is by request; the first one they brought was ripped and too small. I asked for a replacement and got an acceptable one. No body lotion. Plenty of outlets, and the bedding and bed are fine. Overall, the cleaning is good.
**Food**: Good. Always a good selection. Once there was smoked red fish for breakfast and once crayfish for dinner. But it seems there are few beef dishes. The snacks are a bit strange and pointless.
**Drinks**: The cocktails in the lobby are awful; they're more or less okay at the adult-only bar.
**Service**: The staff are responsive to requests and complaints. The restaurant also has good service; you don't have to go to the bar yourself, the waiters are excellent.
**Downside**: On the -1 floor, in the adult zone, there's a disco from 11:30 PM. The music is so loud you can hear the song lyrics in your room. Those sensitive to noise definitely won't be able to sleep.
Extending the room for 7 hours due to a late flight cost 140 euros – which is not reasonable.

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

We were at the end of November, the people in the hotel are a little very comfortable rest. Staff as bees, try. Choosing food is not very big, but it is for the best, it is very delicious. Recommended)

This is a very cost-effective hotel, and is worth recommending to middle-class families. The swimming pool, slide, children's games, restaurant, and beach are all impeccable. My child thinks it is the best place she has ever played abroad, better than Bali, Indonesia. There are also shortcomings. Some people at the front desk are not proactive in service. For example, the front desk on duty in the afternoon of July 12 did not explain how to use the wifi, but this is just a few cases. The overall service of the hotel is satisfactory.

This is such a beautiful little complex. Set about 500m away from the main road, it's wonderfully quiet. The villas are well maintained and modern, the pool is spotlessly clean and most importantly the pictures online truly reflect where you are going to stay.
There is a couple of supermarkets within walking distance, 5 mins max. Land of Legends is a 3 minute drive or 20 min walk away. Kadriye town centre is a couple of minutes away. Belek centre is 8 mins away by car. It's all very convenient.
Even the cats that come to visit are beautifully looked after. Highly recommend staying here.
Staff are great!

I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!

I met perfectly, on the recession, the Russian-speaking Sergey told everything, explained. The room is small because there is another one-sleep room in addition to a two-bedroom bed. No TV or refrigerator worked. The tea was both coffee and tea and sugar filled. Cleaned well, it was visible on the balcony and the sleek. In the room, the insulated carpet and slippers and coats are not provided. The safe is 3 euro day, we didn't take. Towel 1 euro day for rent, too. Since the beginning of May the Swedish table was absent. But hungry never left. What gave, then eat. Not comfortable and much was just thrown out because we didn't eat it. Tea and coffee machine and a heavily diluted lemonade in free access from morning to 22:00. Also from 17 to 18 snack-cookies. The sea is close in five minutes, calm without waves, swim. The pool on the territory with a mountain is very small and cold. In general, for such money is not a bad turbine on the sea. The tourists were few. But this village is to go somewhere to have fun, next to the bus stop. They went to Belek and Legend Park, I liked it very much.
