GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean. The only issue is the bedrooms were a little small and there is no house keeping every day. So you will have to make up your bed and take out your own trash. House keeping on 2nd or 3rd day of stay so basically when you check out. Th e food was outstanding and they have many selections for all types of eaters. I just wished they had actual creamers not syrups. Either way I will be staying there again if going that route in our vacation again. Front desk are very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and jacuzzi was very nice also. Over all a great hotel stay.

SSasa1981Perfect location in downtown Carlsbad. An easy walk to anything you may possibly need.
The Jacuzzi unfortunately, was not heating properly when we were there, so was not able to enjoy.
The pool is in the front of the Resort next to a very popular restaurant. It’s not very quiet and not relaxing to set at.  they have a beautiful green lawn that overlooks the ocean with lots of lounging chairs that is decently, quiet and relaxing.
The elevator is slow and old, and I preferred to use the stairs.
 the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
We enjoyed having a little kitchen that we were able to keep leftover food in and reheat .

LLEIThe rooms are very large and clean. The pool is divided into adults and children. The children must go to the children's pool every day. There is a great beer house restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. You can solve the problem by visiting Legoland. Outlet is less than 5 minutes drive from the hotel, recommend the Grand Pacific Hotel to Legoland, walk no more than 10 minutes

GGuest UserIt was a dream for my son for awhile to visit Legoland and the hotel stay was the icing on top. He asked if he could live there. The only challenge was that the restaurant air conditioning was really uncomfortable, but we were able to control the temp in the rooms so that was minor.

Hotels of this level are basically carpeted and dark in color. Is it a bit of luck to keep them clean? In fact, it is quite difficult to keep them very clean. The carpet can only be vacuumed once, not deeply cleaned.
There are no facilities nearby when staying here. It is mainly for walking back to the hotel after playing in Lego Land. Otherwise, I would not stay here for the same price.
Let’s talk about Legoland again. Unless you are a Lego fan under 6 years old, there is no need to come. The things inside are relatively childish. People over 6 years old will find it boring.

RRUIThe front desk service was huge. We arrived at the hotel at around 12 o'clock in the evening. We had a long-distance drive all day. We thought that the sheraton service could not be bad. I knew that the front desk was a fat white man. When I checked in, I kept rolling my eyes all the time. When I applied for membership, I was too sleepy and didn't respond. I asked a question. The front desk immediately replied, ”I am very busy today, don't ask me to see it yourself.” At that time, I thought it might be too late. The front desk had emotions, and it was true that in April, it was obvious that the trash was a hostile phenomenon. After the completion of the process, I did not tell me how to find the room, just an understatement, ”Go through the door.” As a result, there was only 3 floors in the back of the lobby, and our room number was 50. I asked him back. He confirmed that he was on the 5th floor. He immediately left the lobby and told him not to look back. In desperation, I had to bite the scalp on the third floor. Fortunately, I met a couple of black couples who went downstairs to buy wine in the middle of the night. They were very friendly and said that they also found a room for a long time during the day. The actual situation is that the sheraton hotel and the next resort share the lobby and porch. You need to go upstairs through the hotel room corridor, find a glass door at the end, swipe the card and then take the elevator to the resort floor. GGuest UserWe checked in and front desk was super friendly and made checking in easy, had a problem with toilet and front desk immediately had another room waiting for us. The rooms where clean and smelled fresh. All the basic needs. Mini fridge was cold and ready, the microwave was clean and the coffee was ready to be made will definitely stay there again
