This was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time, the service and staff were incredible very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful we will be back to experience the rest of the amenities that the hotel has to offer,we had a full schedule to achieve and had limited time to get the full experience . I really enjoyed my stay. They do excellent daily cleaning, which is not typical in alternative hotels, even more expensive ones, in nowadays Raleigh. The breakfast is so and so, but one cannot expect to have a descent breakfast in rural US.

A very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful front desk staff. There were not many places to eat nearby but if you had a vehicle this wouldn't be an issue.

The hotel room suite is not bad, very close to Raleigh Airport, Wi-Fi is very good, you can also send Shuttle to pick you up when you call the airport in the middle of the night. Breakfast is more general, not many choices. Bad experience: At 11:30 this morning, when taking the Shuttle from the hotel to the rental car point (5 minutes drive), a black driver blackmailed that Shuttle cost $10 and had to pay in cash. It's a low-cost hotel in a quiet location. Right next to McDonald's, across the crosswalk, there's Chickfile, Target. The staff was kind when checking in. The elevator was broken and it was rather uncomfortable to go around in the room on the fourth floor. It is a duplicate room, a decent hotel for the price. Breakfast is not provided, 24 hours coffee is provided on the first floor.
