Amazing
GGuest UserThis was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time, the service and staff were incredible very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful we will be back to experience the rest of the amenities that the hotel has to offer,we had a full schedule to achieve and had limited time to get the full experience .
Thank you again
GGreeneKellyIt was very clean and new. Location was fabulous and lots of shops and restaurants are walkable.
I didn’t love that the cafe wasn’t open all day, but the staff was friendly and we would definitely stay there again. The rooms are large and clean.
GGuest UserThe Marriott Courtyard in Cary, NC is a well-maintained hotel with clean, comfortable accommodations. The front desk staff was especially welcoming, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. A pleasant stay overall!
XXIAOYANMore than 10 hours from New York City, the car did not light off at the exit of 293, found this hotel area nearby, there are 3 hotels, this and the other are owned by Marriott, from Raleigh Uber 13 in the central area, we arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning, another best western hotel in the same hospital has to wait until 3 pm, but the front desk agrees to stay immediately, including breakfast, no need for any meal coupons, Marriott The hotel is fantastic! In addition, the house price changes very much every day, the double bed room on Saturday includes more than 640 inclusive of taxes, and the twin room on Sunday contains 4 early 539 tax, and Monday has become 800, including tax, I don't know why... .
GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay. They do excellent daily cleaning, which is not typical in alternative hotels, even more expensive ones, in nowadays Raleigh. The breakfast is so and so, but one cannot expect to have a descent breakfast in rural US.
KKAREN MARYA very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful front desk staff. There were not many places to eat nearby but if you had a vehicle this wouldn't be an issue.
NNiwaniI was placed on the ground floor which could be very noisy for some people. Room was closed to house keeping, vending machine and other hotel function rooms.
If you are a light sleeper, I recommend to specifically ask for top floors and quite wing.
Location is 6 mins to Terminal 2, making it very convenient to go in and out to the airport.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel room suite is not bad, very close to Raleigh Airport, Wi-Fi is very good, you can also send Shuttle to pick you up when you call the airport in the middle of the night.
Breakfast is more general, not many choices.
Bad experience: At 11:30 this morning, when taking the Shuttle from the hotel to the rental car point (5 minutes drive), a black driver blackmailed that Shuttle cost $10 and had to pay in cash. Knowing that Shuttle is free, I also prepared a tip of $10, but listening to him ask for money, there was me in the car at the time, for safety, I gave him a $10 fare and a $10 tip. This 20-knife taxi is definitely more than enough. This experience is really bad
GGuest UserI had stayed at the hotel years ago when I first visited Raleigh. It was delightful. I have noticed there was no way to have food in the hotel which is a bummer if you come there and have to order food. There was a bar to have a drink. I am coming from out of town. It would have been nice to have a nightcap before tucking into bed. I noticed the pool was not up and running. I also notice that only 1 elevator was working. If you step inside, it dropped and would not always open level to the floor. This is a big hazard, especially for the vision impaired.
Breakfast choices were few. If you are going to serve a buffet, have had sanitizer available. Get a juice machine to offer guests different varieties of juice. Use napkins instead of paper towels. To prevent covid, allow guest to place their hands in a glove to help ensure no transmittal of germs. The front desk clerk is not a food attendant. Hire someone to be there to watch the food. The edges of the food had set in pan so long that the edges were hard and unable to chew.
My rest was appropriate. The room was clean. If I had the option to stay there again, I would refuse.
